The Heidi had her baby bundled up tight as they "strolled" around town after picking up daddy at the mountain, fresh off a day of snowboarding.

Heidi's been going to the chic mountain getaway for years and not even a newborn could stop her from continuing her holiday tradition -- and why should it? I mean, this hot momma walked the Victoria's Secret catwalk less than two month after giving birth, a little snow's nothin' for a mom and her little girl!
