But here's some creepier news. Jen has a restraining order against a crazy stalker named Steven Burky, and yesterday he was arrested by Santa Monica police for violating court orders - apparently, he was found outside the nursery school that Violet attends.

Ugh, so alarming. Glad he was arrested, though, and glad that Jennifer and her daughter are okay!

So I kinda have this love/hate relationship with John Mayer. I like his music enough to actually download a few tracks from Limewire iTunes, his tweets sometimes crack me up and he definitely has his attractive moments, but he also has the tendency to be a pretentious d-bag and he's not always a sexy beast, as evident from his super fug phase last November.

While she did not appear in court today, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley did - and there's good news! Her progress report was read and it appears Lindsay is in compliance with court orders. She's been attending drug and alcohol programs once a week, without fail, and has approximately 6 and 1/2 more months to go...

So no violations! Yet. The next progress report is set for February 18th, 2010. Let's hope Linds keeps on this track until then!

Last night Robin Thicke held his album release party at NYC hotspot Butter, and everyone from Leighton Meester to Jay-Z and Beyonce showed up to celebrate.

After performing a few tunes, Robin called the Gossip Girl star up onstage, and the two performed their new single, "Somebody To Love." Leighton looked gorgeous as always, but it appears as though she's begun to adopt a much edgier style. Perhaps to go with her transition from actress to pop star?
