Last night we caught a rather chipper Maggie Gyllenhaal leaving Dan Tana's in West Hollywood, and for her sake, I really hope that vest is fake! You never know who's lurking around the corner ready to pelt her with flour, ketchup or something worse!

Then again, Jake's sister does seem super sweet, so we wouldn't do anything to her...

Nicky Hilton's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized yesterday afternoon, and while the heiress is okay, she's still understandably shaken. Big sis Paris took to Twitter to talk about the robbery, and it looks like she's rather upset with how the police handled it!



Paris later added, "I HATE people who steal! It's so wrong! I hope they catch whoever did this! There has been so many robberies lately. So scary! :( The cops finally just got to Nicky's house. She thought her cats escaped in the robbery but she just found them under the bed. Thank God."

We're glad Nicky got her kitties! That sounds super scary!

Yesterday afternoon Jessica Alba and her precious daughter Honor ran errands in Bev Hills, and not only did Jessica flash a brilliant smile, but she also gave some money to a homeless man in the CVS parking lot. Aww, Jess! Who knew you were such a sweetheart?

Jude Law is going to be judging the 2010 The Australians in Film Heath Ledger Scholarship, which is awarded to an emerging Australian actor who wants to pursue a career in America.

Law, who was one of the actors who replaced Heath in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, said in a statement, "I am delighted and honored to do what I can to keep Heath's legacy alive. He was a brilliant actor and a wonderful man and it is only fitting that this scholarship has been developed in his name."

This year, Oliver Ackland won the $10,000 prize and Qantas ticket to the states. Next year's finalists will be announced in February.

Ben Affleck went to a meeting in Brentwood yesterday afternoon, and as soon as he saw photographers on his tail, he started jogging towards the Livery Building. Of course, once he got there, he had to punch in a code and wait for someone to let him in, so we were able to snap a few shots of his scruffy sexiness! Yum!

Since their dad died, Michael Jackson's kids have been spending a lot more time with their cousins, learning how to be "normal kids."

And apparently being "normal" in the Jackson family is spending Thanksgiving at the $25,000 a night "Hardwood Suite" at the Palms Casino in Vegas!

After cancelling her scheduled press conference and going silent while girl after girl came forward claiming affairs with Tiger Woods, the first woman to be ID'd as a Woods mistress is finally selling telling her story.

Well, sort of. Rachel Uchitel spoke to Ok about being thrust into the spotlight, but she didn't exactly open up about her rumored affair with Tiger Woods.

"In every story, you need a villain and a hero. I've been characterized as a villain. People have called me homewrecker. gold digger, tramp, whore. I make mistakes, but I'm not those things. I have very good qualities. When you're judged by the nation it's really difficult. It's horrible," Rachel said.

The victim continued, "My life is not dependent on [having] a man. A man does not shape my happiness."

Although Rachel isn't exactly talking deets about her supposed affair, a pal told Star about an e-mail Tiger allegedly sent Uchitel, which said, "I finally found someone I connect with, someone I have never found like this...not even at home."

Sounds like his connection with Uchitel may have been more than just a fling!

But when asked, "Who have you leaned on?" during this time, Rachel responded, "That [question] I want to stay away from."

Well, we're betting that answer itsn't a "who", but "what": the 1-3 million dollars Tiger allegedly paid her to keep quiet!

According to reports, Gisele Bundchen and hubby Tom Brady have welcomed a baby boy. Though details of the birth and the baby's name haven't yet been revealed, it looks like we can expect some sort of official announcement soon!

Last February the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Los Angeles, and this is their first child together. Congrats!
