Yesterday afternoon we snapped Ryan Phillippe and his longtime buddy Breckin Meyer lunching at Boa in West Hollywood, and the boys looked like they had a great time catching up! But where was Ryan's main squeeze? Why, lunching with a gal pal at Urth Caffe, just a mile down the street!

Yesterday afternoon we spotted Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper post workout, and we don't know who's cuter - Amanda's pup or her hunky bf!

Yesterday we caught Matthew McConaughey at the gym, but rather than benching his body weight in barbells or working up a serious sweat, he had a nice leisurely pedal pushing session on a stationary bike. The actor flipped through the pages of a script, and not once did he up his workout to do hills or a faster pace.

Our X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online, "I thought Matthew's workout was a joke - this was easily the slowest-paced cardio routine I've ever seen! In fact, I think the old man on the bike next to Matthew was pedaling faster than he was!"

Ha! Well, he does have a great body, so we say let him do whatever kind of workout he likes...as long as we get to see his glorious pecs and abs on the beach next spring!

I'm not the biggest fan of ladies with short hair, but Halle Berry looks so fabulous, I'm almost willing to overlook her closely cropped locks. I mean, who else looks this stunning with such short hair?

When we caught Liv Tyler out and about in Hollywood yesterday, the beautiful brunette was veering dangerously towards shlumpy territory with this super cas outfit. Hey, even beautiful women have their off days!

And by special, I mean...well, just look at the headband George is wearing!

Yesterday afternoon George Lopez and Snoop Dogg filmed a skit for George's TV show in Los Angeles, and the boys went from door to door selling a mysterious batch of brownies. Hmmm, I wonder what the special ingredient was in these baked goods?

We already knew Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert spent some time in the studio to record a song for his new album, but the American Idol alum can't stop talking about it!

"Gaga! Working in the studio with Gaga was a trip," Lambert told MTV News about their collaboration. "The Haus of Gaga came in at the end to say hi. She was just there. We were working with her and Jeff Bhasker and we recorded the song, and she egged me on and it was crazy."

So what about going on tour with Ms. Gaga? "If she'd have me, yeah, she's amazing," Adam said. "I have no clue [when that would happen]. I have not heard anything about that. I think she's going off solo right now. I think she's pretty amazing. I want to be at her show."
