Ashlee Simpson made her Broadway debut last night as Roxie Hart in Chicago, and it looks like she's waaaay over the drama of Melrose Place!

Sister Jessica, along with Ashlee's husband Pete Wentz came out to support her, and Jessica even tweeted, “Roxie was all Heart! Watching her up on that grandiose stage made me the proudest sister in the world. I love ya honey, I love ya!. Grrrrrrr.” Aww!

Ash performed at the the Ambassador Theatre in NYC, and the production will run until February 7, 2010. Will you buy tickets to see her show?

She's certainly no stranger to television, but we had no idea Nicole Richie wanted to pursue legit acting like this!

Last night Nicole announced on her website that she will star in a new comedy for ABC, and she seems over the moon about it! Nicole posted this message on her official blog:

"I am so excited to announce that I am officially working on a television project! I am creating a half hour scripted comedy for ABC in which I will be starring in, as well as producing.

The story revolves around a young, modern and professional woman who must balance her business and family relationships. She must deal with, and navigate the many ideas of what a woman’s role is: modern vs. traditional.

Lately, I have been surrounded by many different women of all ages and walks of life. It amazes me to watch and observe how many different ideas there are about what a woman’s role should be in this era. I’ve taken these fascinating ideas, and compiled them into something that I think will be very special (and funny!). We’re still in the very early stages and I can’t wait to share more with you soon!"

Nicole definitely knows how to make us laugh, so does she have what it takes to bring in killer reviews and ratings? Guess we'll find out!

Talk about a major oops!

Jessica Alba went to a meeting yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles, and she must not have been paying attention because she totally parked in a handicapped spot! As she was leaving, X17 photographers asked the actress if she had any idea what she had done, and she seemed genuinely shocked and apologetic. Or not? Watch the video below to see for yourself!

There. I said it. I love Rihanna, but this haircolor has got to go! It was fun and funky when she first took the plunge and went ten shades lighter, but now it's just getting on my nerves.

We caught the R&B starlet landing at LAX yesterday (seriously, this is getting ridiculous!) and all we want for Christmas is for her to return to her roots!

Yesterday afternoon Matthew McConaughey, wife Camila and little Levi shopped for gifts in Santa Monica, and later we spotted Matty grabbing some grub at Subway. Not sure what he ordered, but we're guessing it had a lot of lettuce on it!

And on a different subject, it looks like Camila is going to pop any minute now! Her stomach doesn't even look human...it's hard to believe there's one in there!

Geez, everyone and their mother was at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday afternoon! First Britney, then David Beckham, and then Jennifer Aniston, Orlando Bloom, Rihanna and Kate Hudson! Seriously guys, you're making it too easy for us!

Jen stepped off the plane looking oh so fabulous (though a wee bit overaccessorized), and while we're jealous of her travels, we have to wonder if partying at the La Mamounia hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco was REALLY better than a self induced turkey coma on Thanksgiving day. Then again, she had travel buddies like Orlando Bloom and Gwyneth Paltrow to keep her company, so it couldn't have been that bad, right?

I mean, it's not like she left Brad a husband and kids at home for the event!

Sigh...it looks like we're not the only ones bummed about David Beckham jetting out of Los Angeles!

When we caught the soccer stud at LAX yesterday afternoon, he looked like he was in a pretty grinchy mood! But even with a bit of a scowl on his face, he still looked smokin' hot. Aww, cheer up Becks!

After putting on her final show in Australia last night, Britney Spears landed at LAX just after 2PM this afternoon. The pop princess and her entourage headed to her Calabasas pad to relax, but not before causing mayhem at the airport first! Welcome back B!
