We caught Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley out and about yesterday evening, and it looks like the two had a blast celebrating Kat's 31st birthday. In the afternoon the two dined at the Desert Rose restaurant in Los Feliz, and then they headed home for a few hours to primp and check on their daughter Naleigh. The couple headed out again, this time stopping by Beso in Hollywood for dinner and drinks. Sounds like a sweet b-day to me!

P.S. I'm not sure when Katherine Heigl had the time to sneak into Adam Lambert's dressing room and steal one of his fancy leather jackets, but clearly she's more talented than we previously thought!

Now those are some spikes! Rihanna showed up to the release party of her latest album - entitled Rated R - at the Juliet Supperclub in NYC last night looking fierce in a gold dress with sharp spikes.

Aw, the dress matches her hair! But while worked the red carpet, as she always does, I still think she needs a new look. And a new do!

Yesterday we spotted the legendary Angelyne traipsing around Hollywood, and though she may be a bit on the ancient side, she's still a hottie! Er, right?

Damn, I can't get over A-Rod's arms! He can probably pick Kate Hudson up with one hand. That's a hot piece of hunk!

I truly admire director Chris Weitz has an artist, and I also liked what he had to say to Entertainment Weekly about his New Moon receiving bad reviews...

"Given the media blitz that has accompanied New Moon, it's rather unsurprising. If one could imagine their biggest fears, it would be complete rejection of the movie by the fans. What I've realized over the last week is I won't necessarily get good reviews for this movie. Having swallowed that, this was made for the fans, and if you don't get it, then you don't get it."

Agreed! Leave New Moon alone!

Director David Slade is taking on Eclipse, but what about Breaking Dawn? Weitz is down for it, because he feels "a great deal of gratitude" for author Stephenie Meyer and the lead actors.

The roaming sexy pilgrim caught up with Arnold Schwarzenegger yesterday at Barney's and the Governator was generous enough to pose with the hottie! Send some Muscle Milk Arnie's way! ... Not that he needs it!

Last week the police were called to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Los Feliz home, and around 11:30am today, X17 photographers spotted the fire department at Brangelina's next door neighbor's house!

An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively:

"The fire trucks weren't at Brad's house, but you could tell things were a little bit hectic at both his place and his neighbor's. When we caught Brad's bodyguards leaving the gated community a little bit later, we asked about the fire trucks, but they weren't saying anything."

This is the first time we've seen Joel Madden step out since Nicole's hospitalization last week, and the rocker dad looks exhausted! Poor guy has to take care of his sick babymama and their two kiddos, so we're guessing he's running on just a few hours of sleep. Maybe it will all be better once he gulps down that smoothie?
