Miley Cyrus' tour bus overturned when it drifted off Interstate 85 in Dinwiddie, Virginia this morning, and Virginia State Police are reporting that one person was killed in the crash.

Cyrus was NOT on board at the time, and The Associated Press reports that one of the other nine passengers had minor injuries, but police would not identify those aboard.

Sgt. Thomas Molnar says the bus overturned around 8:15AM this morning on Interstate 85 in Dinwiddie, about 40 miles south of Richmond.

Our hearts go out to the family of the victim.

Chaz Bono sat down with Good Morning America to discuss his new life as a man, and even though he's going through gender reassignment in the public eye, he seems to be handling it quite well!

Chaz, who is eight months into his transformation tells GMA, "This was a very difficult decision to make, but it was the best decision I've ever made. I feel great ... I feel so much more comfortable that I've ever been. I've felt male as far back as I can remember."

Chaz Bono was born Chastity Bono, and he says he always identified more with boys. "I felt like one of the boys. My friends were boys," he said. "In school I related to boys ... As you get older it's more confusing. Suddenly, there's more pressure to fit in to your assigned gender."

Bono has received hormone treatments that have caused his voice to deepen, and he's already at the point where he can shave his face. While the whole process is a very private matter, Chaz says he knew it was what he wanted. "Then it came down to realizing that I have to live my life for myself and that life is short and life is precious." Looking back, Bono said, "it would almost be easy to say, 'Why did I wait so long to do this?'"

Kudos to Chaz for speaking out about this!

Madonna's ego may be bullet-proof, but apparently her body isn't! The Material Mom donned a bullet-proof vest to visit a favela in Rio last week.

Globo reports that Madge, accompanied by bodyguards as well as the governor, armored up underneath a leather jacket for just a 40 minute visit to the shantytown of Dona Marta, where she's currently building a school with the $10 million she's raised.

I know Rio can be dangerous, but isn't this a little overkill?

Uh oh! Though Lindsay Lohan and a small handful of people were excited when she was named artistic advisor at Ungaro, it doesn't look like the feeling is mutual!

As you remember, as soon as Lindsay joined the company, head designer Esteban Cortazar quit, and after the disastrous boobie-baring debut of the line in Paris this October, the company received a lot of criticism. Ungaro himself even talked smack about Lindsay's collection, saying, "I am furious, but I can't do anything about it," adding that the fashion house "is in the process of losing its soul."

So what now? Ungaro's chairman, Asim Abdullah, is reportedly in a huge fight with CEO Mounir Moufarrige over Lohan's future role at the company, reports Page Six. A fashion insider who has reportedly seen emails exchanged between the two execs says, "Asim wants her out now. Department stores in the States have already told him they won't be picking up the line if Lohan remains a collaborator, so it's a serious issue."

However, the insider says that the main source of conflict is the CEO's desire to keep Lindsay on board. "Mounir wants to keep her on because it was his idea to hire her in the first place. He's trying to save face." Of the battle between the execs, a rep for Abdullah said, "Such an insinuation is totally absurd."

Lindsay's multi-year contract is said to be worth seven figures, so for her sake, we're hoping this is all a huge misunderstanding! After all, where else is she getting her money from?

And look how gorgeous she is! As much as we dig her mysterious moody look, we love it when we see her face light up like this. Perhaps it's the combination of being with Rob and being a part of one of the biggest blockbusters of the fall? I'd be pretty excited about all that too!

She's always been my fav female High School Musical star, and every time we snap a picture of her I'm reminded why that is. Not only does Ms. Ashley Tisdale have the three Cs down (cute, casual and chic) but she always looks so tickled when she sees photographers. No Vanessa Hudgens style problems here!

After spending just a few days overseas, Brad Pitt and his grubby goatee are already back home in Hollywood. We caught Brad at LAX last night, and the still hunky actor seemed overwhelmed by the attention he received upon his arrival. Psh, like he's not use to this?!
