The 24-year-old admits: "After consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing. However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite. I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself."

Hmm, well I appreciate her honesty! But still - stop drinking and driving, people!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie enjoyed a relatively public date last night at the 30th Anniversary of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

After the horrible reviews she garnered for her last fashionable effort with Ungaro, including a smackdown from the designer himself, Lindsay's ready to try her hand at designing again, this time collaborating with jeweler Pascal Mouawad for a new collection for Bebe.

"Pascal and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns Bebe,” the starlet told Access Hollywood at Pascal’s Nu Pop Movement launch party Thursday night. “We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”

To be fair, Lindsay was just an "artistic advisor" for Ungaro, with Estrella Archs doing the actual designing. Lilo's own leggings collection, 6126, has been quite successful. So this new endeavor might not be as unfashionable as it may seem! But with everything going on in her life right now, isn't it time she stopped and took a breath before jumping into something new?

Last night Jessica Biel, along with Jessica Alba, Chloe Sevigny, Rachel Zoe, Emma Roberts and others, attended the Prada book-signing event in Beverly Hills without longtime boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
