Before partying it up with Paris Hilton, Stavros Niarchos and Brandon Davis until 6:40AM, Lindsay Lohan stopped by Kitson for Jermaine Dupri and Pascal Mouawad's Nu Pop Movement event looking like this.

Before y'all get too critical, I'll just say this - her makeup actually looked pretty good, but her hair and wardrobe are a whole different story! It appears as though she's wearing a satin back brace over one of Samantha's old undershirts, and it also looks like she snatched some of Britney's pre-conservatorship extensions. Linds, mirrors have other uses, ya know...look into it!

The sexy starlet was surprisingly sweet with photographers, and though she's given us the impression that her dad isn't getting to her, judging from the comment she made last night, he's totally gotten under her skin. As Linds made her way to her car she remarked, "Why don't you go find my dad, he's the one who wants to be in the pictures." I guess a Lilo/Michael reunion won't be happening anytime soon!

This is a little bit better, but still!

Looking amazeballs, Rihanna rocked Paris in a tight jumpsuit and chic jacket outside of Skyrock radio, where she's promoting her new album, Rated R.

Rihanna's first single, Russian Roulette, is currently at the number 9 spot on the Billboard hot 100s chart, and the video will debut tonight on 20/20.

Daniel Radcliffe has denied sparking up a joint at a house party after a picture of him smoking a curious-looking cigarette hit the tabs yesterday.

A spokesperson for the famous wizard told the Daily Mail, "Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this."

Not that there's anything wrong with the occasional toke, but if the hero to millions of kids was caught puffing on wacky-tabacky, his film career could go up in smoke.

A few months ago, Daniel's Harry Potter co-star Jamie Waylett was ordered to do 120 hours of community service after he admitted to growing pot plants in his home.

Radcliffe's rep said of the allegations, "We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action."

X17 photographers JUST parted ways with Lindsay Lohan two hours ago after she spent the whole night partying. While that's not so shocking, her choice in party buddies totally took us by surprise! Not only did Lindsay hang out with former pals-turned-mortal-enemies Paris Hilton and Brandon Davis (you know, the man who called her Firecrotch back in the day!) but Stavros Niarchos was there too -- Paris' ex-boyfriend and Lindsay's former fling!

Lindsay started off at a Kitson event and then headed to Voyeur, where she stayed until 1AM with Paris, Doug, Nicky and several pals. While most of us would call it a night at 1AM, this crew was just getting started! They headed to a private house party off Sunset, and while Paris and Nicky left around 4AM, Lindsay wasn't seen walking out the door until 6:40AM!

During the early morning festivities, we spotted Brandon Davis and Lindsay Lohan hanging out in a bathroom, and an X17 photographer tells X17online exclusively:

"I couldn't believe these two were hanging out. After the Firecrotch incident, I thought Lindsay would never even look at Brandon without punching him in the face, but they seem to have found some common ground."

Later on, Stavros donned an interesting disguise and chucked everything from eggs to salsa at photographers, and our lensman told us:

"Stavros was going crazy. He grabbed everything he could from the kitchen and went out on the balcony and started throwing things at us. But he was laughing and having fun. I guess he hasn't been in the spotlight since he and Paris broke up so he was clearly enjoying the attention."

So back to Lindsay...while Paris, Nicky and Stavros left (separately, of course!) just before 4am, Lindsay showed no signs of slowing it down. An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively:

"It seemed like Lindsay was having a standoff against photographers to see who could stay up the longest! Lindsay was totally partying like a rock star. She can outlast all the others, that's for sure. She's Queen of the Night!"

We finally caught her leaving at 6:40am, and one of her girlfriends picked her up. Surprisingly, Lindsay didn't even try to cover up her face, and she didn't seem to care that she looked totally worn out. Our photographer added:

"Hopefully she's sleeping it off and getting her beauty rest, because she definitely needs it after last night!"

Lindsay, you're not exactly doing yourself any favors by staying up all night and coming home looking like a hot mess! Get it together girl!

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are going after the man (left) who allegedly attempted to extort $100,000 from the famous couple over a photo of their daughter Kaia "bound and gagged."

The photo was allegedly taken by a former nanny during a game of "cops and robbers," and was apparently stolen later by her friend, German male model, Edis Kayalar.

Kayalar met with Rande Gerber to return the photo, saying he wanted to make sure it was kept out of the tabloids, but after Gerber supposedly paid him $1,000 dollars, the couple alleges that Kayalar demanded a hundred grand, saying he had a second copy of the photo.

Crawford and Gerber filed a criminal complaint in a Los Angeles federal court yesterday, and released a statement through a rep:

A criminal complaint was filed today in federal court in Los Angeles by the U.S. Attorney's office and the FBI stating that Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford have been the victims of an on-going extortion scheme. This crime has been committed by Edis Kayalar, an acquaintance of a former nanny employed by the family. Mr. Kayalar threatened to sell an image taken of the couple's then-seven-year-old daughter. There was no previous awareness by Mr. Gerber and Ms. Crawford of the existence of the photograph when they were contacted by Mr. Kayalar. The photo was taken by the former nanny as part of a purported game without the knowledge of the parents. The couple reported the extortion threat to the police and the FBI began a criminal investigation in the matter. Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford intend to pursue any and all available legal action against anyone who aids the perpetrator in the distribution or sale of the photograph of their daughter.

Of all the bizarre celebrity extortion attempts recently, this one has got to be the strangest!

Taylor Swift may already be involved with the popular Vampire movie franchise Twilight (through bf Taylor Lautner), but the popular TV show Vampire Diaries wants to sink its teeth in Swift!

The show's creator, Kevin Williamson, told E! News, "I’m desperate to have [Swift] come play a vampire. Wouldn’t she make an amazing Kristen Dunst circa ‘Interview With the Vampire’ type?" Williamson asked. “I cannot tell you how hard I’m trying to get her – I would kill to have her on the show.”

Williamson thinks the 4-time CMA winner is "too big" to be in the TV show, but with Evan Rachel Wood on True Blood, do you think this would be a good move for her? Or would you rather see producers find something for her to do in Breaking Dawn?
