She's got money to burn, apparently!

Kylie Jenner is renting this massive Beverly Hills mansion for $125K-a-month while she renovates her $12 million Hidden Hills home, TMZ reports. The LipKit queen's new pad boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as breathtaking views of the city.

The 6,025 square-foot property, currently on the market for $35 million, sits on four acres of lush land. Among its fancy perks? A pool, tennis court, movie theater, chef's kitchen, a library equipped with a bar, a mini golf course and a private vineyard.

The reality star is becoming quite the real estate tycoon!

She is currently trying to unload her "starter home" in Calabasas, which she purchased for $3.3 million back in 2015. This past May, she spent $6 million buying her Hidden Hills abode, and then another $4.5 million buying the place next door. Her main residence is the 13,200 square foot one she's currently rehabbing.

The plastic surgery princess is rapidly becoming the most rich and famous of the K clan! Her new series Life of Kylie premieres in July, her cosmetics business is expanding at a rapid rate, and she's got all her extra cash invested in the housing market.

Oh, did we mention she's 19-years-old? Let that sink in...

Khloe Kardashian couldn't help herself when she posted a video of Kendall Jenner falling while riding a bike on Instagram yesterday, and we have to admit it's pretty hilarious! The supermodel took a tumble while attempting to navigate a pebble pathway, but hey... at least it wasn't a catwalk!

In other Kenny news, let's hope she wasn't tuned into the Late Late Show with James Corden last night, because her ex Harry Styles got way awkward when her name was brought up in conversation. The cringeworthy moment came about when Aaron Taylor-Johnson, the other guest on the show, retold a story about his chicken coop. All his animals are named after members of the Kar-Jenner clan, and the "Sign of the Times" crooner put his head down when the statuesque stunner's name was mentioned.

If it was up to the Vogue covergirl's momager Kris Jenner, she would still be dating the former One Direction boybander.

"Kris doesn’t understand why Kendall didn’t take her relationship with Harry more seriously. She feels like Kendall threw in the towel too quickly and that if she had persevered, she and Harry would still be an item," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"Kris is disappointed that Harry is now off the market and dating Tess. Kris would much rather see her daughter with an A-list celeb like Harry, than A$AP [Rocky] who is now embroiled in baby mama rumors. She just doesn’t get what Kendall sees in him. She would be thrilled if Kendall was linked to Harry. A new album, a movie, a great reputation, gorgeous, he has it all," the source added.

Her romance with the British hunk hit the skids almost as quickly as she did on this bicycle!

Why go to LA's most popular eatery if you're trying to fly under the radar?

Caitlyn Jenner dined at Craig's in Hollywood last night, and when she finished her meal, she tried unsuccessfully to sneak out the back door. Of course, a sea of paparazzi were waiting to take her pic, but she seemed unfazed as she jumped into her ride. Did she dine alone? She never seems to have a companion with her, and that's gotta get pretty lonely.

It isn't likely that her relationship with the Kardashian clan is going to improve any time soon, so she might want to look into making some new friends. She recently confessed she no longer speaks to Kim or Khloe, and her once-friendly situation with ex Kris has turned sour after the release of her memoir Secrets of my Life.

Speaking of her book, apparently it's already hitting the bargain bin, with lackluster sales after a strong start. The publisher has sold 16,509 copies so far, but the majority of those were purchased the week of the release.

She's living her truth, but she's alienated more than a few people in the process.

Scott Disick and new girlfriend Ella Ross partied it up at the Peppermint Club in Hollywood last night, and when it came time to leave, they followed Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire back to the Oscar winner's bachelor pad to afterparty. We wonder who knows who? Perhaps The Lord and Leo are new friends?

Multiple reports have surfaced recently about the father-of-three's out of control behavior and drinking habits, and sources are blaming Kourtney Kardashian's hot hookup with male model Younes Bendjima for driving him to the bottle. Close pals are saying he needs rehab, but he seems to be doing just fine banging hot chicks and rubbing elbows with famous actors!

LD has no reason to clean up his act if the money continues to flow in, and with his new house flipping show produced by Kris Jenner, that dough isn't going to dry up anytime soon!

He's old enough to be her dad!

David Foster and Katharine McPhee were spotted getting cozy on a dinner date at Nobu Malibu over the weekend, E! News reports. The 67-year-old record producer and the 33-year-old American Idol alum sat at a table in the corner for privacy and engaged in some serious PDA.

"David and Katharine were very intimate during their dinner. David was seen grabbing Katharine's face and kissing her cheek several times. Katharine was doing the same to David's face and they were acting as if they were a couple. By the end of the date, Katharine, 33, sat on David's side of the table and cuddled the 67-year-old with a blanket," a source dished to the outlet.

The two have been friends for years, but it appears their friendship has blossomed into romance. Foster divorced Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid in 2016, and the singer divorced her husband Nick Cokas in 2014.

Foster was recently linked to supermodel Christie Brinkley as well, so maybe he's just playing the field? We'll have to wait and see if this turns into a real relationship!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth hit the Big Apple, on Monday, greeting fans and signing autographs and Ms. Cyrus made her way to a promotional appearance in support of her new single "Malibu."

And as our country bumpkin makes the media rounds, she's not only talking about her new single, she's talking a lot about her relationship with long-time boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and their two-year breakup. The couple met on the set of 2010's The Last Song and got engaged in June 2012. Just more than a year later, the two took a break and didn't reunite until December 2015.

They've been dating since then and Miley's been sporting a sparkly ring on her finger as of late. She's also announced she's given up marijuana and is just enjoying live with her fiance. In fact, many speculate Liam and Miley have already gotten hitched in a secret ceremony, but so far, there's no proof. What we do know is ... if/when these two tie the knot and are ready to start a family, they'll have some cute little babies!

Whew! Seems like it's a rough time for Ben Affleck -- looking a little worse for wear on Monday, as he took daughter Seraphina to the therapist's office.

Ben missed Mother's Day with the family at church so no doubt, he was in the dog house the day after -- that said, he's probably in the dog house most days which is why Jen filed for divorce!

The puffy-faced Ben enjoyed some organic ice cream with his daughter after their appointment and then got into their chauffeur-driven SUV and took off. Hmmm ... a chauffeur -- that's new!

Our first look at Kylie Jenner's new reality show!

Kylie's been a savior for the Kardashians, bringing fresh blood and fresh drama to Keeping Up With the Kardashians and to the Kar-Jenner brand, in general. Her surgically-enhanced, Kim K look; her on-again-off-again boyfriend Tyga (who happens to be the father of her half-brother's baby mama); her lip kits and her incessant Snapchatting all make for perfect reality show fodder.

Kylie tells fans, "When you grow up on camera, everybody feels like they know you. But they don’t. I feel like a lot of people have misconceptions of who I am." She goes on to say that keeping up with the Kardashians isn't as easy as it looks, "There’s an image that I feel constantly pressured to keep up with."

But she's quick to distance her new show from her family's reality hit: "This isn’t Keeping Up With the Kardashians. This is like a therapy session. Now I can find what really is gonna make me happy."

Of course all of Kylie's teen fans will watch, but let's not pretend 40-something housewives won't also tune in July 6 at 10pm on E!.
