Well, certainly not for ALL of his past behavior, but a court commissioner has dismissed criminal charges against the CAPS lover and his road manager stemming from their altercation with photographers at LAX last year.

West and his manager Don Crawley were arrested in Los Angeles on September 11, 2008, after getting violent with the paps, and both parties have since reached civil settlements over the case, which resulted in a still camera and a video camera being damaged.

Kanye's attorney Blair Berk argued that the case should be dismissed because of the agreement and due to the fact that California law allows for certain criminal cases to be settled out of court.

I guess he got off easy!

Yesterday Kim and brother Robert lunched at Barefoot restaurant in West Hollywood, and the famous siblings chowed down as reality TV cameras rolled. When the two left the Italian eatery, they were swarmed by photographers, but as always, Kim was super sweet and posed for several shots before hopping into her SUV. Does this girl EVER get bitchy with the paps?
