Spencer Pratt is no stranger to drama, and he spoke to MTV News about the upcoming episode of The Hills where he and wife Heidi staged an intervention with her sister Holly. "We're praying for her, and she'll get it together. I mean, I've had problems with drinking in Hollywood, but who doesn't?"

He continues, "Anybody who ever was in the nightlife scene, you know it's not a problem, but if you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week. First, it starts off, 'Oh, I just love this dancing and having fun with friends.' But it's like, even though you're just having a couple of cocktails, [it adds up]. It's as real as it can get, and you know that's what's really going on. [People are] giving you unlimited high-end alcohol, and Holly is from Colorado and probably did not have fun [before], especially when your new BFF is Stacie the bartender."

We can't believe how sensitive and (gasp!) intelligent Spencer is sounding, but we have to wonder why he didn't mention anything about his own sister Stephanie and her recent DUI. Isn't it a bit ironic that Spencer is criticizing Heidi's sister and not his own? Maybe she's the next one on the intervention list?

Is Spencer right? Do we have too many Hollywood stars drinking a bit too much?

Though Dane didn't look like he was having any sort of health crisis, he was spotted at the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday afternoon. The comedian stayed mum when photogs asked him why he was there, but it would seem as though he was visiting a friend. Hopefully everything is okay!

Nicholas Prugo, the burglary of Lilo's Hollywood pad has officially been charged with first degree residential burglary.

He's also been charged with the same felony for burgling Audrina Patridge's home back in February.

It might have paid off to have friends in high places, but we doubt any of Nick Prugo's celeb pals will post bail for him now!
