Oops! Good thing she's not actually behind the wheel these days!

We got a peek at the plates on Lindsay's black Benz the other day, and it looks like our fav party princess needs to get some new stickers on there ASAP! Then again, this seems to be the least of her worries these days...

In a new article for Vanity Fair, Kate Gosselin admits that her children have begun to "act out" since the collapse of their family and their show.

"I’m trying to give them the grace to see, if they’re acting out of line, I’m trying to look deeper into why that is,” she told the mag. “Why the kids are acting out. Cause it’s all inter-related. I mean, they don’t see it, but it’s all interconnected.”

Kids acting out after a contentious separation? What a concept!

“They miss him,” she says about their dad. “They say they miss him. I imagine they say the same thing when I’m away … ”

But that was about as far as the TLC publicist let Kate delve into the consequences of Jon & Kate's recent actions on the kids.

Because who cares about their eight kids when Jon's parading his 22-year-old girlfriend out around town and Kate's crying on every national talk show?

Finally! After dissing the successful film franchise and calling director Michael Bay "a nightmare," the actress decided to show some gratitude over the weekend.

At Spike TV's 4th annual Scream Awards on Saturday - where the Fox accepted the sci-fi actress award - Megan said the following:

"I don't usually do this, but I wanted to say something. There have been a lot of false reports about how I feel about this movie. I just want to be very clear that I've always felt I’m a very ordinary part of an extraordinary film. The movie took me out of obscurity and gave me a career, and I'm completely grateful to everyone involved with this franchise."

Well done! I'm happy Megan Fox is making amends. It'd be better if she just shut up completely, but you can't win 'em all!

I may not love that name for a kid, but ah well! Red Hot Chili Pepper Anthony Kiedis - going shirtless, natch - hit up the beach in Malibu with his kid and girlfriend over the weekend...

Whitney was working so hard on the stage of Simon Cowell's X Factor Sunday night that she popped the strap of her dress while belting out her new single, Million Dollar Bill.

Whit didn't stop her not-so-amaze warbling when the wardrobe malfunction occurred, finishing the song as she made it rain (presumably, million dollar bills) on the stage.

After she finished, she told the host, "I sang myself out of my clothes."

Thank goodness it was only halfway out of her clothes. Although would it have been that shocking to see one of Whitney's chicken cutlets?

Okay, it works on Blake. She would seriously look good in any outfit! But I dunno about Ed Westwick. I like the prep look wayyyyy better on him. This whole leather biker dude thing is not hot.

Larry Birkhead returned to the witness stand today in the case against Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, where he claimed the prosecutor suggested that Anna Nicole's drug use has left Dannielynn developmentally challenged and that he should "ramp it up" on the witness stand.

The AP reports that Birkhead said the remarks by Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Sarah Slice were made outside of court, with Slice even calling him to admonish him for taking Stern's side in the testimony.

"I felt the district attorney was frustrated," Birkhead said today on the witness stand. "She said I should bite my tongue. She then went into a long speech about my daughter, and how there was going to be something wrong with her." Larry went on to reveal, "She said my daughter is going to be frustrated in learning and I should find something she excels in. She said she had studied the way the brain was made up."

Holy inappropriateness!

But she didn't stop there. Today, before his most recent testimony, Birkhead said Slice approached him in the elevator, where, according to Birkhead, "it was suggested to me it appeared I was taking up for Mr. Stern and Anna couldn't speak for herself."

"It upset me," Birkhead said when asked how he felt about the remarks. I'm sure it would upset any parent!

Larry also said that despite witnessing Anna Nicole take methadone during her pregnancy, he has not noticed any signs of physical or mental disability in Dannielynn.

Saturday night, Larry looked decidedly less upset when we caught him out with a new mystery woman -- guess that's one way to cure the blues over someone calling his daughter disabled!

Minnie Driver was looking mighty cozy with a mystery man yesterday, who seemed just about as fond as Minnie's son as the hot mama herself!

The threesome took a stroll in Malibu together, where they took turns holding Henry, and even gave each other a kiss goodbye!



So is this Minnie's man? Or just a good friend?
