I'm excited Miley will be in it. After all, she's a big fan of the show. But isn't the crossover from Disney flicks to, um, adult sex comedies a little bit of a stretch?

So Lindsay was on a three-year probation after pleading no contest to her 2007 DUI and drug possession charges ... part of that probation were the court-required visits to Right On, a drug prevention program. Linds failed to make good on attending those court-ordered classes so now she's in trouble. A judge told her today she'll face JAIL if she violates probation again.

The question is ... should Lindsay get a break or is life actually too easy for her?

• Exhibit A - Lindsay arrived more than an hour late for today's court date


• Exhibit B - Lilo's eyes were bloodshot in court today


• Exhibit C - Lindsay is working hard in her new role as designer for Ungaro and she can't do that from LA. How's she supposed to attended classes here when she has to be in Paris?


• Exhibit D - Linds has to return to Texas to continue shooting Machete - again, she'll be unable to attend Right On.
