A source tells X17online exclusively that instead of preparing for her early-morning court date, Lindsay Lohan spent the night with Balthazar Getty!

After returning to her alcohol classes at Right On Programs yesterday afternoon, it would seem prudent for Lindsay Lohan to call it an early night so she can be fresh and ready to answer charges that she's violated the terms of her DUI sentencing in a Beverly Hills courtroom this morning, but Lindsay being Lindsay, she instead decided to head out to new Hollywood hotspot Voyeur last night.

Says our spy, "I was shocked to see Lindsay out at the club last night since I knew she had to be in court this morning. But I was even more shocked to see her sneaking out of the back door with Sienna Miller's ex, Balthazar Getty!"

Lilo was due in court at 8:30, but has still yet to arrive. Perhaps she's still tangled up in Balty's sheets and just can't break free!

The Heene family has released a home video of the Balloon's lift off in an effort to do damage control after Falcon told Larry King, "We did this for the show.'"

In the vid, shot by one of their older sons, Richard Heene counts down to launch, then freaks out when his wife lets go of the tether of the balloon before she was supposed to. He seems genuinely upset at her for releasing before she was supposed to, but it doesn't seem as if they realize that their son was in the balloon at the time it starts to float away.

So is this genuine? Or just "for the show," as Falcon said?

The idea that Falcon Heene's family perpetuated a hoax in which the entire country believed the boy was stuck in a hot air balloon isn't the most nauseating thing to come out about this story -- this morning during a grueling round of interviews, the poor boy vomited live on camera!

On Larry King, Falcon's father asked him whether or not he could hear his parents calling for him when they thought he had been carried away in the balloon (but he was really hidden away in the attic), and the boy responded, "You guys said 'We did this for the show.'"

That temporarily silenced his father, who, after a second just said, "Man," while his mom said "no."



Then, on the Today Show, poor little Falcon looked sick and green during the entire interview...before he puked live on camera! While the boy had his head in a bowl, his father just continued answering questions from Meredith Viera:



These two are starting to make Jon & Kate look like model parents!

Halle "I'm Not Pregnant" Berry and her hot baby daddy steamed up the red carpet for the Keep A Child Alive Ball in NYC last night.

Wearing a sexy, sequined, cut-out dress and the hottest accessory ever (Gabriel Aubry, natch), Halle showed that she could still probably earn a half a mil to flash her boobs onscreen.

Lindsay Lo is back in town and ready to face charges that she's been violating the terms of her alcohol education program.

After a whirlwind trip to Paris (where we caught her partying with Akon) and a stop-over in New York for another party, Lindsay returned to LA yesterday looking plumper than ever. Well, in the lip area, anyway.

The "artistic advisor" went straight to Right On Programs, for DUI classes.

As she was leaving the class, she gave a long, lingering hug to a woman from the program, perhaps a long goodbye in case she's thrown in jail today!

Although we wish Lindsay luck in court this morning, we do hope she begins to take this stuff seriously. Another trip to rehab and the only thing anyone will be hiring her for is a fast food advisor.
