More trouble for Ms. Lindsay Lohan!

We've been hearing reports that Lindsay may have been violating the terms of her alcohol education program, and now the judge in her DUI case has ordered that Lindsay personally appear in court tomorrow for her progress report!

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Court told X17online:

All minute orders in cases of this nature contain [standard] language requiring appearance, which in many cases is waived. That said, we do expect Ms. Lohan in Beverly Hills tomorrow.

So while most defendants would not have to appear in court, Lindsay's case seems to have some sort of red flag on it. Given her history of uh, breaking the law, this isn't surprising - we just hope Lindsay gets her crap together and shows up tomorrow...we wouldn't want to see her heading back to the slammer!

Calls to Lindsay's attorney were not immediately returned.

We snapped the brunette beauty en route to an appointment in Hollywood yesterday afternoon, and even though it was dark and drizzly out, Liv was in a fabulous mood. Hey, when you look this good minus the makeup, there's plenty of reasons to celebrate!

The adulterlicious country crooner was spotted picking up a prescription in Calabasas yesterday (it would be sooo appropriate if she was at Wal-Mart), and while she didn't show the photographers too much affection, she seemed pretty unfazed as they snapped away. I guess she doesn't mind the attention?

We spotted Robyn Moore grocery shopping in Malibu the other day. She filed for divorce in April of this year. Now that Mel has moved on, will she?

Brittany Snow really has bad luck. Prom Night was a box office success, but then it didn't help her land any more big movie roles.

Then she was supposed to star in the Gossip Girl spinoff as Lily Rhodes, but the show didn't get picked up. Boo.

At least she's still super sweet!
