Last night the actor partied at Teddy's in Hollywood, and we're not sure if it's the unflattering outfit or the extra pounds he seems to have packed on, but we're a wee bit disappointed - the former hottie looks like an average Joe here!

Yesterday Sophie Monk stopped by the Mac store at the Grove in Los Angeles, and we're totally digging her fall fashion choices. Even though the temps in So Cal are still pretty balmy, it's definitely boot and scarf season, and Sophie seems to be having much more success with this look than she had with her summer style.

Chinese fans will get to see the last footage of Michael Jackson at the same time as the rest of us now that Chinese censors have approved This Is It in time for it's global release date of October 28th.

Sony Pictures execs told The AP that the film won one of the last slots that China awards to foreign releases, which is only 20 films annually.

Li Chow, Sony Pictures Releasing International’s general manager for China said that they intend on giving it as large a release as possible in the country, to account for Jackson's overwhelming fan base there.

“We’ll do as many prints as possible. It depends on the labs,” Li said.

As of last year, China had about 4,100 screens. It's likely that an enormous amount of those will be showing This Is It when the film's released later this month.

Madonna won an undisclosed amount in damages against the The Daily Mail for publishing stolen photos of her wedding to Guy Ritchie in 2000.

The AP reports that Madonna had been seeking damages in the amount of $8 million.

The photos were copied from an album in her Beverly Hills home by an interior designer who was hired three years after she exchanged vows with her now ex-husband. The designer only recently decided to profit on the photos, allowing a woman to sell them to the Mail, who published them last year, just after news of the divorce broke.

Madonna's attorney says she's donating all proceeds from the case to her Raising Malawi charity.

Even though her fender bender yesterday with a photographer appeared to be minor (her black Range Rover appeared to have just a few scratches and dents on the back bumper), it looks like Nicole Richie was in some serious pain after the crash, as she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center immediately after the accident.

A little bit later in the afternoon, we spotted Nicole's bodyguard picking up medication for her, and interestingly enough, he went to one of Michael Jackson's old spots, Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills. I guess they have a large celebrity clientele? Anyway, Nicole's muscle didn't answer any questions about his boss, but we hope she feels better soon!

After it was revealed that Jon took out anywhere from $175,000 (he said) to $230,000 (she said) from he and Kate's joint account, Kate said the withdrawal has left her unable to pay the bills.

And apparently, the bills, which included the mortgages on the Wernersville estate as well as Jon & Kate's previous home in Elizabethtown, which they haven't been able to sell yet, were already quite substantial.

My Fox Philly reports that the Gosselins initially took out a $720,000 loan on the estate and a $193,000 mortgage on their previous house.

If Kate really does have only $1,000 left in her checking account to pay all the family's bills, there's no way she could make both those payments this month.

"You left your children and their mother unable to pay the bills," Kate told Jon on the Today show.

But after all the money TLC paid them for their show, are Jon and Kate really in danger of losing their homes to foreclosures?

The Swiss Justice Ministry, who are currently holding the director under arrest in Zurich, have denied his appeal to be released.

Ministry spokesman Folco Galli told The AP on Tuesday that he believes there is a "high risk" that Polanski will try to flee the country before extradition to the US for the 1977 rape of then 13-year-old Samantha Geimer.

Polanski was apprehended on September 26th at the Zurich airport, as he arrived to receive an award from a film festival.

Last night Paris, Kathy and Rick Hilton (along with Nicky's steady beau David Katzenberg) celebrated the Nicky's birthday at Cecconi's in West Hollywood. Paris rolled up in her pink Bentley, and we later spotted a giddy Nicky leaving the hip eatery. Glad to see the famous family had a blast - and in addition to the Crumbs cupcakes Nicky received, we're guessing she got gifted with some pretty sweet presents too!
