Christina Aguilera and her adorable son Max, along with hubby Jordan Bratman grabbed a bite to eat at Toscana in Brentwood last night, and while his famous (well, semi-famous) parents were less than thrilled when we snapped them leaving the restaurant, little Max certainly didn't mind! Isn't he adorable? It looks like he's inherited the best features from both of his parents...so cute!

According to reports, Michael's not-so-secret lovechild, Omer Bhatti, will be starring in a new biopic about his dad's rise to fame in the 80s.

The Sun says that Bhatti, who has denied being Michael's bio son in the past, was handpicked by the family to portray the pop star during his Off The Wall and Thriller days, but before the molestation accusations of the 90s and 2000s.

A pal told the paper, "The family is close to Omer, as Michael was. He is a fantastic performer and they would like him to play the adult Michael."

Bhatti is currently living with Michael's three children at the Jackson family compound in Los Angeles.

Lindsay Lohan rolled up to the Emmy afterparty at the Chateau Marmont last night around 1:30am (hmm, who invited her?!), and we snapped the starlet leaving around 3:30am, and X17 photographers on the scene report that the fiesty starlet was "definitely drunk."

Linds then went to a friend's house in Los Feliz, but not before enjoying a little in-flight beverage! Linds was seen drinking an Amstel Light as she sat shotgun, with her gal pal behind the wheel and her BFF Patrick in the back. Hmm, last time we checked, having an open beverage in a car was against the law, so you'd think Lindsay would be a little bit more careful about this! After she realized she was being photographed, Lindsay unleashed her inner mean drunk and promptly chucked the beer can at photographers, making a bit of a mess. Or maybe she just wanted something more potent than beer?

That's definitely not Fanta!

While the world waits for Wino's follow up to the mega successful Back To Black, Amy has decided to launch her own label, Lioness Records, named after a pendant necklace given to her by Winehouse's grandmother.

And the first artist signed to the label is none other than her 13-year-old protege, goddaughter Dionne Bromfield.

Says Amy, “The first time I heard Dionne sing, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… such an amazing voice from such a young girl. I’m just so proud of her. I’m very lucky to have a record label. I’ve got all these people that I love, that are really talented – and Dionne is my number one."

And not surprisingly, Dionne sounds like a pint-sized version of Amy herself! Well, minus the shakes of course. Amy's even singing backup on her first single, Mama Said, out October 12th. (Get a sneak peek of the song here.)

I guess having a Wino-sound-alike isn't such a bad thing. Let's just hope her voice is the only thing they have in common!

You'd think he would have sworn off alcohol after that embarrassing incident with a hamburger and a video camera over two years ago, but David Hasselhoff clearly hasn't learned his lesson.

Paramedics responded to a 911 call at the Baywatch alum's Encino home just before 3:30pm yesterday, and the actor was taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. You might remember that David was hospitalized back in May for the same thing, and this time 911 was called after he appeared to be in physical danger.

Apparently David had been drinking all day, and his 17-year-old daughter accompanied him to the hospital, and she was seen crying as she sat by her dad's side.

Just last week we chatted with David at the Malibu Triathlon, and he didn't comment on his alcoholism, but he did mention that he has someone else driving for him these days. We're glad to hear that he's being safe, but we what's he doing to get a grip on the battle of the booze? Skip to 6:25 to hear David talk!

We honestly didn't ever think we'd use the words "hot" and "Hayden" in the same sentence (unless we're talking about Hayden Christensen, of course) but in that beautiful red dress she wore to the Emmys, Hayden's finally graduated from cute and gone straight to gorge!

We're loving that sexy J. Mendel dress. And it gives her curves in all the right places! Or is that the chicken cutlets?

But we're not talking about her abs...we're drooling over her boyfriend's!

Lauren Conrad and her steady bf Kyle Howard hit the beach in Malibu over the weekend, and the low key couple seemed to have a blast playing with Lauren's pooch. Aww, but why isn't Lauren flaunting HER hot beach bod? Hiding something?

After Kristin Chenoweth won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her role on Pushing Daisies, paramedics were called backstage at the Nokia Theater for the petite actress!

Kristin complained about a migraine headache, and she also said she couldn’t open her eyes, according to Access Hollywood. Paramedics on site cared for Kristin in the room outside of the backstage gift lounge, and after resting for a bit, she left the ceremony. A rep for Kristin later said that she was fine and would probably participate in the after-show festivities, and it looks like she did, as she tweeted:

sometimes the aura of a migraine. im warding it off w meds then gonna hit the town! thx 4 ur love n well wishes!!! I do have a full-fledged mIgraine! Sick but happy!"

After watching Kristin's acceptance speech, we can see why she might have gotten a wee bit worked up!
