John Mayer dressed up in a tie to go visit Capitol Records yesterday, and while we think he can sometimes be a pretentious D-bag, at least he can admit it!

John tweeted yesterday, "I a[m] soon to introduce the "I Am John Mayer" app. It will feature a masturbation log and a random pretentious musing generator."

Now if it'd only feature a way to make his music sound more interesting, I'd totally go for it!

The Malibu Fair was the hottest place for celebs to be last night, with everyone from Cher, to Pam and Kate making an appearance at the family fest!

I've been to the LA version before, and the only thing to gawk at there is prize-winning livestock and giant fruits and vegetables. But in Malibu, you get to look at Pam Anderson's ginormous melons! Think they took home the blue ribbon?

In the first video, Lindsay enters the back of the bar with some friends, leaving Ali behind. But Ali somehow snuck in just 10 minutes later, and stayed with her big sis in the club until right before closing, when we spotted Ali running out to the waiting SUV (second vid)!

Says a witness at the club:

They stayed at the club for an hour. They were with a couple of friends. They were both happy and bubbly. Ali drank water and Lindsay drank red bull. They hung out at their table while dancing to the beats....I guess Samantha wasn't invited. They left at 1am.

Christian Audigier will be moving into former friend Michael Jackson's rented Holmby Hills home when MJ's lease is up in December.

The mansion is owned by Guess and Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, and despite rumors to the contrary, Audigier says he has no plans to turn the King of Pop's last residence into a public space.

The queen cougar has definitely sunk her claws into her new biker boy-toy Tim Medvetz, and an X17 photog says Cher and her 24-years-younger guy were so in love at the Malibu fair last night that they looked like a couple of teenagers!

Says our guy, "They were all over each other! She looked like a teenager, excitedly jumping around him. At one point, they were sharing a drink. She was drinking through the straw, then she put the straw in his mouth, back in her mouth and repeated it several times, really fast. She's definitely in love."
