We're glad they're finally burying him already!

We spotted Joe Jackson outside of IHOP in the Valley and asked him about his late son's funeral - Joe declined to comment, though, and his publicist responded with "he loves his fans."

DJ AM (nee Adam Michael Goldstein) will be buried at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in West Los Angeles this afternoon at 3pm, according to E! News.

A friend of the Goldstein family tells E! the burial service is for "family only," and it will start at the mortuary and then move outside for the burial. As we've previously reported, an additional memorial service for DJ AM is scheduled for Thursday night at the Hollywood Palladium.

The following message was posted on DJ AM's official MySpace earlier today:

Yesterday we spotted Kanye West's main squeeze Amber Rose leaving the gym, and the former stripper showed off her magnificent Nike-clad booty as she strutted across the parking lot. I know it's insanely hot in LA this week, but is there any chance Amber's dressing like this to get noticed?

Oh, and only Kanye's girl would match her press on nails to her sports bra! So fetch!

This teenager is not going away!

Levi Johnston - babydaddy to Bristol Palin, who's the daughter of Republican vice-prez candidate Sarah - is in the October issue of Vanity Fair and, of course, gives a tell-all interview about what happened behind closed doors...

Here's a couple choice quotes:

On the Palin household: "There wasn't much parenting in that house. Sarah doesn't cook, Todd doesn't cook - the kids would do it all themselves."

On Bristol's pregnancy: "Sarah told me she had a great idea: we would keep it a secret. Nobody would know that Bristol was pregnant. She would say, 'So, are you gonna let me adopt him?'"

On Sarah's post-campaign mood: "After she got back she started talking about how nice it would be to quit and write a book or do a show and make 'triple the money.' It was, to her, 'not as hard.' She would blatantly say, 'I want to just take this money and quit being governor.'"

On posing for Playgirl: "I'd do it."

Yesterday evening Lindsay Lohan stopped by Chuck's Vintage on Melrose around 6pm, and not only did the starlet shop for some retro threads, but she also acted as a temporary nanny for a pal's infant! Aww, Lindsay looks so cute with the tiny tot, it's totally making us melt! Think she's going to pull a Heidi Montag and start blabbing about how she wants to have a baby right here, right now? Eh, wait a few years Linds...you're only 23!

Earlier in the day Linds stopped by Chateau Marmont where she met up with lady love Samantha Ronson, and later that night she rolled over to Bardot, where she was looking like all sorts of a hot mess. With all the time she spends shopping and partying, it's a wonder she has such a successful career!
