Poor little Lilo, she just can't make up her mind about anything! One minute, she's hiding from the paps, the next she's flashing a peace sign! One minute she and Sam are back together, the next minute they're fighting like cats and dogs!

Last night while Lilo was having a "Sybil" moment at Bardot, her lady love was across town at Largo with none other than infamous womanizer John Mayer. If cross-town separation give Lindz anxiety, what's she gonna do when Samantha moves cross-country?

Last night, Joe Francis punched and kicked Brody Jenner's steady girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls nightclub, but Brody wasn't about to let the Girls Gone Wild king get away with it! After punching Joe outside the club, Brody was tasered, and a few hours later he posted the following message on his Twitter:

"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him? How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t...Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

The Hills star tells TMZ that he was at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw slimy Joe hitting on a girl Jayde and Brody both know. Apparently Joe was acting very aggressive and annoying, so Jayde did what any good samaritan would do...she tossed a drink on him. Instead of moving on (or even throwing a drink back) Brody says Joe then pulled Jayde's hair, punched her in the face, threw her to the ground and began kicking her!

Poor Jayde has bruises all over her swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out, and she says she's going to press charges. Hopefully Joe will get nailed for this! You don't just beat up girls and get away with it! (Ugh, Chris Brown).

Anyway, security broke up the fight, and at that point Joe and Brody were yelling at each other, and they were both tossed out of the club. Brody says he tried to get back in to see his damsel in distress, but security wouldn't let him, and then he went after Joe, punching him in the face until someone tasered him and he fell to the ground. It's being reported that it was another clubgoer who tasered Brody...perhaps one of Joe's pals?

Wow. What a night! We're sorry to hear that Jayde got beaten up, but we're kinda proud of Brody for doing what lots of people have wanted to do for quite some time now!

After spending two days in Los Angeles, Kate Gosselin returned home to Pennsylvania, and once she dropped off her twin daughters at school, what was her first stop? Target of course!

Now that Kate's back in town, do you think she'll try to convince us that she's the good parent? I mean, Jon's been spending so much quality time with the kids, Kate needs to do something to step it up, right?

Yesterday Britney Spears took her youngest son to a performance of Shrek The Musical in NYC, and is it just us, or does the pop princess look like a million bucks here? From her lustrous blonde locks to the cute and casual outfit, we haven't seen Brit looking this great in a long time!

There's a report on Access Hollywood that both heroin and marijuana were found in Michael Jackson's rented LA home (pictured above)...

Apparently, certain members of Michael's family informed the coroner's office that they "had found some tar heroin" in MJ's bedroom - according to the search warrant affidavit - and authorities themselves discovered two bags of marijuana.

Are you at all surprised by this revelation? Michael's home was like a pharmacy!

Jake Gyllenhaal interviews Natalie Portman in the latest issue of Interview magazine - the two actors co-star in Jim Sheridan's war drama Brothers, coming out this December...

Their discussion ranges from the four presidents honored on Mount Rushmore to Nat playing with My Little Ponies and the Cabbage Patch Kids as a kid. Oh, and not to mention her "affection for dirty rap" and how she "gets freaked out by pills."

The best part comes when Natalie admits that, aside from being able to act, she doesn't really have that many skills. But thankfully, as Jake points out, there's good money in acting. "Not a lot of skill required, but very good money," he jokes.
