She will NEVER be a bona fide pop star, but when you watch her performance from the 2009 Miss Universe competition last night, you have to admit that it could have been way worse!

Remember a pre-nose job Ashlee Simpson and her embarrassing SNL performance from way back when? Or Britney Spears' colossal blunder at the 2007 MTV VMAs? Heidi clearly put a lot of time and effort into her ahem, "musical presentation," and even though it looks like she stole Brit's outfit from the 2000 VMAs, her dance moves were halfway decent and her body looked fantastic, so we won't rip her apart...this time, anyway.

Kevin Federline has been offered millions of dollars to endorse weight loss products, so there's really no excuse for his baby bump beer gut! I mean, what else is Brit's ex-husband doing all day? He might as well hit the gym, lose the chub and make a buck while he's at it!

Oh, and what about his tubby twin Vince Vaughn? Both of the guys were spotted out over the weekend (Kevin with Victoria in NYC for Britney's concert, Vince in LA with his fiancee) and we couldn't help but notice the similarities between the guys!

Well, the hot part is right, but happy? Why do Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green always look like they're fighting?

This time, they brought Brian's son, Kassius with them to the mall, where it looks like they bought a suitcase! Maybe they're taking a much needed summer break and getting out of town. Although maybe just a break would do these two some good!

Sheryl Crow has sold her music publishing catalogue to an Australian asset management group for an estimated 10 million bucks.

The deal gives the company the majority of royalties from her long string of hits, including "All I Wanna Do."

According to the Wall Street Journal, investors are attracted to music publishing - the ownership and promotion of copyrights on melodies and lyrics - because of the steady income from royalties.

So why do you think Sheryl is selling? Is this a wise investment for her - or does she just really need the cash?

Lindsay's friends have frequently been called "bad influences" on the troubled starlet over the years, but is someone close to her really responsible for yesterday's robbery?

It's no secret that Lindz has been out of town, working in Austin and relaxing in New York (in fact she even broadcast her specific location on Twitter last week), so anyone could have known that Lilo wasn't at home, but the fact that the alarm was conveniently left off definitely suggests that the removal of a safe containing thousands of dollars of jewelry was an inside job.

With this being the second robbery in three months, we have to wonder who's targeting Lindsay...and why?

After informing us yesterday that he would stop at nothing to protect his daughter, today Michael Lohan had this to say:

"I am coming into town to work with private investigators in order to gather evidence which will be turned over to LAPD and the detectives assigned to the case.

This time, these evildoers will be caught. If we are fortunate, we just might find out who the culprits were from the other thefts as well. My children are not going to be subject to violations of this, or any kind, any longer. Especially when the always give to others, and it seems some of these very individuals are the ones behind these crimes. Dina and I are finished with this nonsense."

If nothing else, this robbery at least seems to be bringing the Lohan family together.

Over the weekend, Halle Berry, babydaddy Gabriel Aubry and little Nahla hit the golf course in Spanish Hills, California, and the sexy Oscar winner was so relaxed, she strolled around on the green sans shoes! In between swings we caught Gabriel and Halle taking turns playing with Nahla, and it looks like the beautiful family had a blast on their day trip out of LA.

Looks like someone's taking after Angelina Jolie! And is there anything Paris Hilton can't do!?

Paris went on a philanthropic trip to Guatemala where she visited some of the most poverty stricken villages in the country and spent time with local families, and lucky for us, she's been tweeting about her adventures!

The heiress posted pictures of some of the children she met on her Twitter account, and even though this wasn't a tropical vacation, she looked like she was having an amazing time. Paris also tweeted the following messages to fans who asked her about her trip: "It's the most rewarding and beautiful feeling to give back. It's not hard, anyone can do it. It's all about your heart...It was a pleasure, those children touched my heart and soul. My outlook on life is so different now."

And it looks like the folks Paris visited want her to come back! A source who watched Paris interact with the locals told X17online exclusively:

"These are people who have no electricty or TVs, yet they still knew exactly who Paris was. She was so amazing to everyone, especially the children. The children of the village were drawn to her, every little girl and boy wanted to be near her. She treated everyone with such kindness and graciousness. At times it was very emotional for Paris, you can tell she would tear up when visiting some of the homes and seeing the conditions they lived in. Everyone in Guatemala was so thankful that she came - Paris has a heart of gold and is a really good and caring person."

Aww, we knew Paris was a sweetheart, but we're glad to see her reaching out like this, sharing her love with other parts of the world.

Reality TV star Ryan Jenkins, who was accused of brutally murdering his ex-wife Jasmine Fiore, was found hanging from a belt in a room at the Thunderbird Motel in British Columbia yesterday morning.

According to the Vancouver Sun, Jenkins was found dead when a motel manager decided to check on the room, which had been rented out three days earlier.

Jenkins was the subject of an international manhunt after Fiore's badly beaten and mutilated body was found in a suitcase in a garbage bin in Buena Park, California on August 15. Fiore's fingers and teeth had been removed, but authorities were later able to identify her by the serial number on her breast implants.

Lisa Lapore, the mother of the victim sat down with The Today Show, and despite her heartache over Jasmine's gruesome murder, she told Ann Curry that Ryan's death was able to bring "some closure to what's going on." Lapore graciously thanked the authorities for their efforts to solve the case, and she added that she is able to rest a little bit easier knowing that "[Jenkins is] no longer a threat."
