She may not be an amazing actress, but she's definitely an amazingly generous human being!

Hilary Duff took her "Blessings in a Backpack" program to Colombia yesterday to donate 3,000 bags of food to needy children in a school district south of the capital city.

The actress plans on spending three days visiting children and participating in a vaccination campaign, and she tells Access Hollywood, "We've been working for four years feeding children over the weekends. They invited us to come here, and we got our first school in Bogota."

"Blessings in a Backpack" serves 106 schools and 26,000 children in the U.S. and Canada.

I mean, what else does Spencer Pratt do besides pimp out his surgically enhanced wife for cash? So far it seems to be paying off, so we can't exactly argue with his game plan...

Jordin Sparks will join Britney Spears' Circus as special guest on the second North American leg of the tour, according to a statement on Brit's official site.

Sparks will perform on the U.S. part of the tour including dates in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Detroit, Chicago before finishing the run on September 26 and 27 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. This is definitely the biggest gig she's ever gotten...congrats!

Yesterday Britney Spears was spotted arriving at Conway Recording Studios on Melrose, and it looks like the pop princess is eager to start work on her next album! A beaming Britney greeted the owner of the studio with a huge hug, and the ladies headed inside with Brit's look-alike assistant in tow.

But wait a minute...she's not even done with the Circus tour! I guess keeping herself fully occupied with music, dancing and being a mother to Sean Preston and Jayden James is what's keeping her going...and there's nothing wrong with that!

She seems so much happier these days, and it looks like she's loving her new Porsche too!

George Michael was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence yesterday after smashing his silver Range Rover into a seven-ton truck just after 1am, according the The Sun.

Trucker Lawrie Rowe said: "I was driving at 45mph in the inside lane when I saw a car come speeding up behind me, its lights on full beam. It must have been doing about 100mph and was weaving all over the place as if it was overtaking and undertaking. It smashed into the back of my cab and I felt a hell of a thump. His car went spinning across the outside lane and into the central barrier before bouncing back into my cab. He then hit the barrier again."

Eyewitnesses feared Michael was dead, as he sat in the busted up SUV for ten minutes after the crash. Finally, Michael climbed out of the wreck and tried to get a lift in Rowe's cab, but when he noticed how out of it the singer was, he refused, and called the police and an ambulance instead. Michael walked about a mile down the road before other truckers stopped him and made him wait for the police to arrive. When the authorities finally showed up, they arrested Michael and he was released at 6am. A law enforcement spokesman confirmed the news with the following statement: "The driver of a Range Rover, a 46-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of being unfit through drink or drugs. He was released without charge."

This isn't the first time Michael has gotten in trouble behind the wheel - in February of 2006, he was cautioned for drug possession while driving, and in April of 2006, he hit three parked cars in his Range Rover outside his home in Highgate, North London. A month after that he had a similar crash while nodding off as he listened to his iPod. Umm, why didn't anyone think about taking his license away after the first offense?! In October of 2006, police arrested Michael after finding him unconscious in his Mercedes, and he was banned from driving for two years. How about taking his driving privileges permanently, hmm?

Hailey Glassman (aka Jon Gosselin's 22-year-old party princess girlfriend) sat down with E! News and spilled the beans on the Gosselins, how much she loves the Ed Hardy aficionado, and Kate 2.0.

On her desire for media attention, Hailey says, "I'm not some fame whore. Take my 15 minutes, you can have it back. Please take it back!" Seeing as this girl auditioned for a few reality TV shows before she got involved with Jon, we don't exactly believe her, but wait - it gets better!

Hailey calls Gosselin her "first love," and insists that their "friendship" began in May, which was months after Jon and Kate separated allegedly separated. "[Jon] was living in my house, the person I joked around with. He was sad and bored, I was home and bored." So then she just decided to jump in the sack with him? Sounds like a good plan...for a fame whore who's looking to score some time in the limelight!

So what does she have to say about Kate Major, the Star mag reporter who claimed that she was romantically involved with Jon? "I wasn't worried...I know what Jon tells me and I know him...but she's cuckoo, cuckoo, you know?" Oh burn! We kinda want to hear what Kate 2.0 has to say to this!

So why did she decide to go public with her story now? "I want people to know the truth. Right now I'm speaking from my heart, myself. I'm not some celebrity, I'm not some famous person - I'm just a 22-year-old girl who got caught in the middle of all this." Umm, didn't she kinda PUT herself in the middle of all this by getting involved with Jon? Just sayin'!

Geez, all this makes going to Cabo sound like a second-rate vacay!

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt continued their Polynesian adventure with a private excursion to feed sharks and stingrays at a local lagoon, and though Paris looked a little hesitant at first, after a few minutes in the water she seemed totally at ease. X17 photogs tell X17online, "Paris was fearless! I couldn't believe how close she was getting to the stingrays. Her and Doug were petting one like it was a dog!" Awww, how cute! You know how much Paris loves animals!

Later in the day, Paris and Doug returned to their room, and the the two "went hand-in-hand. They look so happy here in Tahiti - so happy to be away from the pressures of Hollywood." Hmm, think they'd ever pack up and move away? Tahiti sounds like a pretty sweet destination!

Ahh, I bet Doug just loves this view!

Yesterday afternoon photographers snapped Matthew McConaughey and babymama Camila Alves scoping out their new Malibu pad, and we're totally jealous of the model mom. Not only does she get to live with one of the sexiest men in the world (hey, People magazine agrees!), but in Malibu with an ocean view? And let's not forget about the adorable Levi, who seems to have inherited the best traits from both his mom and his dad. Dang, she's really got the life!

P.S. Maybe with the arrival of baby number two, Camila will finally be able to convince Matty to get rid of his trailer?
