LaToya told joining the cast of the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars because she'd like to devote her time to finding out what killed Michael.

LaToya said, “The fact of the matter is, I won’t be doing it, simply because of the circumstances that are going on at the moment. I just cant see myself dancing every day when I'm still trying to find out what exactly happened to my brother."

While LaToya has maintained that Dr. Conrad Murray for issuing what was likely a fatal dose of propofol.

Michael Jackson's doctor legally purchased the powerful anesthetic that most likely killed the pop singer from a Nevada pharmacy, a law enforcement source has revealed.

Dr. Conrad Murray purchased Propofol from Applied Pharmacy Services on May 12 and it was a dose from that purchase that was given to Jackson on June 25th, the day he died.

DEA agents searched the Las Vegas pharmacy on Tuesday and reportedly took evidence linking Murray to the Propofol. Investigators have also been able to link the Las Vegas purchase to the Propofol found in Jackson's home after his death.

Although investigators believe Propofol was the major factor in MJ's death, there's still the possibility that other drugs contributed to his death.

Dr. Murry has not been charged with any crime.

Following in the footsteps of remakes like Parenthood and The Witches Of Eastwick, ABC has ordered a script based on the 80s brat pack classic, St. Elmo's Fire, from first-time tv producer/actor Topher Grace.

The series, which aims to be a more dramatic version of Friends, follows the film in that it's about a group of post-college pals living in Georgetown, reports THR.

Like the film, which starred Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson, Andrew McCarthy and Mare Winningham, the series will focus on a mixed group of friends who become each other's surrogate family. Grace hopes the show will capture "the feeling of that time in your life when everything is possible but you can't figure out how to make it possible," as well as the movie did.

Writer Dan Bucatinsky will tackle the script as well as exec produce with Jamie Tarses, Joel Shumacher (the film's co-writer and director) and Grace.

Last night Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian stepped out in NYC, and Kourt gave us a glimpse of her barely there baby bump in a flowy black dress. The oldest Kardashian sister looked positively radiant, but we gotta wonder if her youngest sister is getting jealous of all the attention she's received over the past few days. Aerosmith has decided to cancel the rest of their tour so that frontman Steven Tyler can heal from injuries sustained when he fell off a stage during a show earlier this month in South Dakota.

Tyler, who broke his shoulder and required several stitches in his head after the fall, has been advised by his doctors to take time off to properly heal.

Guitarist Joe Perry said via the band's website, "Words can't express the sadness I feel for having to cancel this tour. I would like to thank our loyal fans for sticking by us through thick and thin and all the good energy they are sending our way. We hope we can get the Aerosmith machine up and running again as soon as possible. I sure am going to miss playing with ZZ Top just as I'm sure the fans are going to miss seeing them playing with us as well. Hope to see you sooner than later."

I guess when you're over sixty, falling off a stage is an occupational hazard. We just hope Tyler's back to rockin' the stage and not rockin' in a chair soon!

Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps was involved in a collision with another vehicle in Baltimore last night, reports the AP.

Phelps, who was not injured in the crash, was driving his Cadillac Escalade when it collided with a Honda Accord. The Honda driver was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but neither of the two passengers in Phelps' car were hurt either.

Police say that after interviewing Phelps they determined that alcohol was not a factor.
