The LA Superior Court confirmed today that they have appointed an independent counsel to represent Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket in the estate proceedings.

Since Katherine Jackson acts as their legal guardian yet has an interest in her son's estate, representing the children's interest in these matters is a conflict of interest.

Margaret Lodise, Esq., from the law firm Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise, LLP, has been appointed Guardian Ad Litem for the three minor beneficiaries.

The estate hearings resume August 24.

Jaime Pressly was recently photographed outside the Abbey in West Hollywood, and it appears as though the actress was so intoxicated (and desperate!) she relieved herself right in front of the bar/restaurant! Dis-gross-ting!

However, Jaime insists that it was just a little practical joke, not a gross party foul! She posted the following message on her Twitter page:

"Yes....that is me doing dare #8 at my bridal shower..Things are not always what they seem.. Notice my hand in the back..its pouring a bottle of water!!! C'mon guys! Do you think i would really pee in the entry way to the Abbey in broad DAYLIGHT!!! Way to spin a story!! Breaking news huh? wow!!!!"

The Hills "actress" Audrina Patridge stopped by the hair salon yesterday afternoon to lighten up her locks. And let me say, she looks lovely! This is a perfect example of a brunette that looks good with a little blonde, as opposed to this celeb...

LaToya has reportedly been offered a spot on the upcoming season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, and a source tells Us that she is busy "deciding what she wants to do."

Because, you know, she's got so many OTHER offers to wade through since she took advantage of her brother's death re-released Home as a tribute record to Michael.

Her spokesperson (aka LaToya doing a funny voice) said, "She's a big fan of the show, and being from a musical family, it would be a good fit."

Paula Abdul has also been mentioned recently for the show (although with her dance background probably more as a judge than a contestant), which returns September 21st.

But is this REALLY that surprising?

Britney Spears stopped by a swag suite in Hollywood last week, and NYDN reports that while Brit picked up some free goodies, Sean Preston and Jayden James shocked guests by running around repeatedly yelling, "Oh sh*t!"

One onlooker said, "We were all surprised by their potty mouths, but it was actually pretty funny." Haha, I'll bet! So what did Britney do to discipline her boys? "She was too busy picking out freebies to chastise the boys for misbehaving." Ahhh, right. So I'm guessing Jayden and Sean Preston learned all these naughty words from K-Fed, right?

The hair is combed, the outfit is cute - if a little bland - and her face is looking fresh and makeup-free. Kudos! But will she be back on the silver screen anytime soon? That remains to be seen!
