While Sam was lunching with pals in LA, Lindsay was spending her worries away in Beverly Hills. The starlet tried on a bunch of different outfits and shoes, and it looks like she felt comfortable enough to roam around the store barefoot. Hey, when you're Lindsay Lohan, you can do whatever the heck you want!

And it's not like she pulled a Britney and walked around sans shoes in a public restroom...

Well, there are certainly a lot of excited tween girls hoping that this is the case!

Rumor has it that Joe Jonas and girlfriend Camilla Belle have called it quits, and there are new reports that Joe was crying at a concert in Detroit last night! And get this - a Youtube video from the Jonas Brothers concert last week has been making the rounds on the internet, and in it you can hear Joe singing a different set of lyrics, which clearly take a jab at Camilla!

When Joe sang the song "Much Better," he changed the lyrics from "I get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with superstars" to "I get a rep for breakin hearts, now I'm done with movie stars." Funny thing is, when the song first came out, we noted that Joe slammed ex-gf Taylor Swift in it as well! The lyrics continue: "And all the tears on her guitar, I'm not bitter, but now I see everything I'd ever need, is the girl in front of me, she's much better." As you know, country cutie Taylor has a hit song titled, "Teardrops On My Guitar," so we find it very interesting that this isn't the first time Joe has used this song as a way to get back at his ex-lady love(s)!

Camilla was recently spotted hanging out with former flame/tennis player Fernando Verdasco in his VIP box at the Paribas Open in California, and it's being reported that this is what might have caused the split. Fernando's current girlfriend was apparently there also, but we're guessing Joe wasn't too happy about it!

So are these two really dunzo? And why would such a cute, lovey dovey couple call it quits!

After his third place finish in the Tour de France, Armstrong and baby mama/girlfriend Anna Hansen (who looks terrif for having given birth less than two months ago!) hit the cyclists' party at the Pavillon Dauphine.

Later the pair had a drink at the Georges V before returning to their room. Perhaps to work on baby number 2?

Just another hot summer day in the 'Bu for Tori & Dean who tried to escape the heat in matching outfits (barf) atop Dean's motorcycle.

But maybe they weren't trying to outrun the heat, maybe they were running away from something far more annoying - like Candy Spellings continual digs at Tori in the media! If I had a mommie dearest like that, I'd be afraid to even look in the rearview mirror!

Kudos to Candy for calling Tori middle aged, though.

As if getting dumped the day before her birthday wasn't enough to make Jessica Simpson want to dive into a vat of Haagen-Dazs ice cream, it looks like Tony Romo has continued to make life miserable for the jilted singer!

Tony was so over Jess, he instructed security to keep her out of his gated community in Dallas, Texas! Us Weekly reports that a sign at the entrance read: "RED ALERT!!! TONY ROMO HAS MADE SOME CHANGES TO HIS LIST OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN....JESSICA IS NO LONGER ON THE LIST AND NOT APPROVED FOR ACCESS."

Jess reportedly paid $19,000 to ship 37 boxes worth of her belongings from Dallas to Los Angeles on July 15, so it looks like she got most of her stuff out of there, but still! What if she left her blowdryer behind?

Either Tony is a total jerk, or there's something about Jessica that keeps driving the men away! Maybe it's a combination of both?

Katherine and her boyfriends (including BFF/Grey's co-star T.R. Knight) were spotted at the Arclight in Hollywood on Sunday, and we're not sure if they caught a screening of Kat's latest flick, but we're hoping they went to celebrate afterwards!

We snapped Jon partying it up in the Hamptons with Michael Lohan over the weekend, and even though it looks like Jon had a mini breakdown, we're sure he had no problem charming female partygoers once he headed back inside!

The reality TV dad told People mag that he's single, adding, "I’m just a regular guy who wants to have friendship and good times. And I like meeting people." Jon also confirmed that he's taking a break from his much younger girlfriend Hailey Glassman, saying, "She doesn’t like this [craziness]. She loves me for who I am and not for what I do. We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us. I'm not looking for anyone."

So what about that tabloid reporter Kate Major? Jon tells E!, "I care about Kate Major, she resigned from her job for me. Right now, my focus is on my relationship with my kids. My personal relationship is private."

Looks like Jon is really trying to keep his options open! He's certainly not denying that he's in a relationship, but does his statement to E! really confirm a romance with Kate #2? He doesn't say he's in a relationship with the reporter, but simply "my personal relationship is private." He could be referring to a personal relationship with another girl for all we know!

Hmm...he's a slick one!
