The drama continues! After finding out that Jon Gosselin is now apparently dating Star mag reporter Kate Major, Hailey Glassman is speaking out, and it sounds like she's heartbroken!

"That's news to me....I still love Jon and Jon loves me," a teary Glassman told People mag today when she learned about his other lady love.

And this just in...Star is reporting that Major has quit her gig at the mag! On their website, Star posted the following statement: "Kate Major resigned this morning, Thursday, July 23, citing a conflict of interest between her reporting duties for the magazine and her relationship with Jon Gosselin." HA!

Of her relationship with the reality TV dad, Major has said, "I didn't mean it to happen, it just did. I went to do a story on Jon and ended up falling for him."

Though Glassman knew that Gosselin and Major were hanging out in the Hamptons together, she didn't realize that the trip was a romantic getaway. So what does Jon have to say about this? Surprisingly, he's kept mum on the whole thing! Maybe he's just keeping his options open?

Yesterday afternoon photographers caught up with Fergie in Hollywood, and not only did she pose for a few pictures, but was gracious with photogs and she even commented on Michael Jackson's death.

It's being reported that if Katherine Jackson gets custody of Michael's three children, Michael's oldest sister Rebbie Jackson will raise them.

Rebbie lives in Las Vegas with her husband of over 20 years, but since Michael's passing, she's been staying at the Jackson compound in Encino, and she's been caring for Paris, Prince and Blanket. Apparently the children adore her, and out of all the Jacksons, she's opted to stay out of the media spotlight over the years, so we think she might actually be the best choice!

We caught up with Lindsay Lohan as she was leaving Samantha's pad on Wednesday afternoon, and we later spotted the starlet at the Four Seasons Hotel. Hmmm, what was she doing there? Meeting someone for business, or is she going to be crashing there for a while?

Eh, if Sam kicked her out again, we're pretty sure she'd be wearing it all over her face...she actually looked very well put together, and dare I say cute in this blue print sundress?
