Forget hooking up with his exes...looks like Nick Lachey may have found a new lady love!

We snapped the former boybander stepping out of Madame Royale last night with a mystery brunette, and we're not sure who she is, but from what we can see, she sure is a cutie!

I guess Nick's not interested in dating blondes anymore? Poor Jess...she probably thought she still had a shot!

Girl looks like she just got out of the pool! The forever cute Rachel Bilson was spotted leaving an office building in the BH carrying a large bag of clothes. She really needs to star in another movie ASAP!

Drug Enforcement Officials are currently conducting a raid at the Houston offices belonging to Dr. Conrad Murray, apparently looking for anything related to the doctor's treatment of Michael Jackson.

The officials, armed with a search warrant, arrived at the office early Wednesday morning. Investigators from the Los Angeles Police Department are reportedly also at the scene.

Dr. Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, tells TMZ "The coroner wants to clear up the cause of death; we share that goal. Based on Dr. Murray's minute-by-minute and item-by-item description of Michael Jackson's last days, he should not be a target of criminal charges."

Wonder what they'll find in Dr. Murray's office?

We know she's a great actress and mom, but soon we'll get to see that Katie Holmes has a few other talents as well!

Katie will be singing and dancing on the upcoming 100th episode of So You Think You Can Dance on Fox. Suri's mom will be doing an homage to Judy Garland singing her classic Get Happy. "I'm very excited about it," Katie says. "I like to sing and dance so it is really fun."

Katie's performance will help create awareness for her Dizzy Feet Foundation, which helps underprivileged kids with dancing lessons.

The episode will air tomorrow night, July 23rd on Fox.

When Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman celebrated their recent engagement at the V.I.P Room last week, a source tells In Touch Weekly that the party princess exclaimed, “I can’t wait to be a stepmom!” The insider added, "She was saying she thinks it will be fun and how much she loves kids, and that she has always wanted a big family. She really thinks being a stepmom will be great and she won’t have to discipline the kids. She sees her role as a fun, cool big sister. She thinks the kids will all like her because she’s going to spoil them rotten."

While Hailey is thrilled about becoming a mother figure to Jon's eight children, another insider reveals that soon-to-be ex-wife Kate has been "crying herself to sleep," and we're guessing Hailey's latest remarks will push her over the edge. The insider continued, "When she found out what Jon had done, she saw it as the ultimate betrayal. It was like a knife in her back."

We'd love to see a smackdown between Kate, Jon and Hailey...especially if reality TV cameras are rolling! Think that would ever happen?

Well, kinda. Jessica Biel always looks so glum and blah, it's nice to see her actually showing some emotion every now and then! This definitely looks like the slightest hint of a smile on her plump pout...maybe things with Justin are working out? Or she had a really exciting grocery shopping trip? Who knows, but we'd like to see more of this!

Katherine Jackson's request to be named a co-executor of Michael's estate has been denied by the executors appointed by the pop singers will.

However, Katherine is still pressing the issue.

While, she's not expected to challenge the will, her attorney Londell McMillan tells TMZ Katherine "deserves a seat at the table at a minimum."

The attorney says he's "optimistic they can work things out, but I'm prepared to go the distance if Mrs. Jackson directs to do so."

Sounds like this could get pretty messy. Let's hope the lawyers don't end up being the biggest beneficiaries of Michael estate!
