Aww, poor Jessica Simpson! First she gets dumped the day before her birthday, and now it looks like her newly single ex-hubby doesn't even want her back!

Regarding rumors of the former Newlyweds getting back together, Nick tells People mag:

"I think it’s fun storytelling, but there's very little truth to any of it. I certainly have heard about her breakup and I wish her the best, as I’ve always done. Aside from that, there really is nothing to say."

Nick continued:

"I haven't talked to her in probably two years. I wish her happiness. That’s where it pretty much ends...I'm in a good place. I've learned, through years of not only being in this business, but being in relationships, that you have to take it as it goes. With every experience, you learn something about your life, and you try to take that and move on and be a better person because of it. We'll see what happens."

Hmm, guess she'll be rebounding with John Mayer!

Now that she's re-releasing an old track as a tribute to her brother, LaToya Jackson's time is finally worth a dime (or maybe a quarter, depends on how much she'll profit off her brother's death) and she wanted everyone to know by wearing a "Time Is Money" cap to dinner at Madeo's over the weekend.

Next thing we'll hear is that SHE is the one who's stepping up to raise the kids...after all, time spent with them will probably equal a lot of money, right?

Yesterday evening Lindsay Lohan went shopping at Urban Outfitters on Melrose, and a little bit later we snapped Samantha at Nobu in Malibu with gal pal Drea de Matteo. After dinner with Drea (and presumably grabbing some drinks), we didn't catch Sam returning home until 5am, and she had a huuuge grin on her face. We're guessing her smile disappeared when Lindsay showed up around 6am, because photographers outside could hear the girls screeching at each other, and shortly after that, Samantha was seen tossing a bag of Lindsay's clothes out the door in an attempt to kick her out! X17 photogs tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay looked very embarrassed when she was banging on Samantha's door this morning. From what we could hear, the girls were fighting about Sam going to dinner with Drea [de Matteo] last night, and even though it didn't appear to be a romantic date, Lindsay seemed to think it was, and she was screaming at Sam."

We know it doesn't take much to send Lindsay over the edge, but does she have a reason to be jealous of Drea? Or is she being totally delusional?

Fans of Michael Jackson will get a chance to see a lot more of the video like that above of Michael Jackson rehearsing for his planned concerts in London in the days just before his unexpected death.

Sony Pictures is reportedly close to making a deal to acquire more than 80 hours of video from concert promoter AEG Live that would be edited into a feature film, according to Variety.

The feature film would reportedly also include several 3-D videos intended to be seen during the concerts, including an alternate version of Jackson's infamous Thriller.

Kenny Ortega, the High School Musical director who was working with Jackson for the concert, is expected to direct the film and has already begun editing the footage.

The studio is expected to pat at least $50 million for the footage.

Sounds like a great tribute to an amazing performer!

Several months pregnant Sarah Michelle Gellar was positively glowing at Fred Segal this weekend!

Although I'm sure those pregnancy hormones had something to do with her sunny disposition, a shopping spree at Segal's would put a smile on my face, too!

Oh, so this just makes it all better, right?

A source tells People magazine that Jon Gosselin and his 23-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman didn't start dating until after Kate filed for divorce on June 20, and get this - the couple has been separated since last year!

Shortly after the reality TV stars ended their romance, Jon moved out of the couple's bedroom and slept elsewhere in the house, and this May, Jon was crashing at Dr. Lawrence Glassman's house in New York City. As you may already know, Dr. Glassman was Kate's plastic surgeon, and People reports that when his daughter Hailey came home in early May for Mother's Day, she was surprised to learn that Jon was staying with her parents. Sounds innocent enough, but we're sure Kate has her side of the story too, and quite frankly, we'd love to hear it!

So what about that other 23-year-old Jon was caught with last year? A source close to the father of eight tells the mag that the two were just friends, and that no affair ever took place. Uh huh!
