Debbie Rowe filed suit yesterday afternoon against Rebecca White, a supposed "close friend" who blabbed to Extra that Rowe was willing to give up custody of her kids in exhange for a big payday.

Debbie is suing White for defamation, invasion of privacy and emotional distress. In paperwork filed with the court, Rowe outlines the allegedly false statements made by White, who told Extra she had received an e-mail from Debbie saying "I'm not going after custody...These kids are not mine. They never were mine. They were always Michael's."

Additionally, White told the outlet Debbie wrote her in a separate e-mail, "My lawyer is telling me I have to take some responsibility about the welfare of the children...Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely. I don't want to look like the woman who gave away her kids and just forgot about them. Would Michael want Joe to have them? I think it would be the last thing that he would ever have wanted."

This is not the first time Rebecca White has been accused of making false statements for financial gain. The papers allege she's also committed such "malicious acts" against Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Robbie Williams.

After a tempestuous few months of fighting, breaking up and making up, it appears that all is well with our favorite celesbians, who were spotted sharing a romantic lunch in Hollywood together yesterday! Lilo even sported a sexy peekaboo top that showed off her pasty ribcage. HAWT!

At her concert in Udine, Italy last night, Madonna took a moment to acknowledge and pay tribute to the two workers who lost their lives in Marseilles, France while setting up her stage yesterday. It was previously reported that only one individual died, but it looks like one of the 7 people who was critically injured ended up sustaining fatal injuries.

The material girl got teary and her voice cracked as she addressed the crowd, and she asked them to say a prayer for those affected by the tragic accident.

Aww, but the Hilton sisters weren't shopping for couture...they were shopping for pet toys! How cute!

Paris and Nicky stepped out in Bel Air yesteday afternoon, and it looks like a little bit of Nicky's fashion sense rubbed off on her older sister, and vice versa! We're digging Paris' simple sundress, and Nicky's outfit is a little edgier than her daily uniform of jeans and grey/black/white tops...wonder what the special occasion was?

We weren't sure how this photo shoot was going to turn out, and while we realize there are a lot of Lindsay Lohan haters out there, one thing's for sure - girl knows how to pose!

Vogue Espana posted these shots of the starlet's Marilyn Monroe-themed spread, and we'd imagine that Linds is pretty pleased with the results! I mean, it may not be American Vogue, but it's still Vogue and Lindsay totally looks like a 5'10" model right?

Well, partially at least! The R&B princess was spotted in NYC yesterday afternoon showing off her new mohawk-inspired 'do, and we're in shock! We know Rihanna likes to make a statement with her hair and clothes (and shoes!) but we never thought she'd go and pull a Britney Cassie!
