Eating for two?

Kim Kardashian accompanied Kanye West to his favorite restaurant last night in Brentwood, and although it wasn't particularly cold, the reality star covered up in a giant brown velvet coat. Could she already have a bun in the oven?

On last night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kimmy K revealed that she's planning a third pregnancy, despite the fact her doctors warned against it due to the health risks.

"I’m going to try to have one more baby. I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don’t think it’s safe for me," she confessed.

The E! starlet suffered from preclampsia and a condition called placenta accrete with daughter North, and had a difficult delivery with son Saint.

We never thought she'd want one, let alone three children!

The 21-year-old supermodel has beefed up her personal security detail after robbers broke into her Hollywood Hills home and made off with $200K in jewelry.

At Soho House Malibu, Kendall was escorted by a new bodyguard who kept a close watch on his client. Kendall left alone and the man with the earpiece followed, sitting with her in the front seat of her Range Rover as Jenner got behind the wheel.

After Kim's robbery in Paris last October and now this, the Kardashian-Jenner family sure has had it's fair share of problems! Oh yeah ... then there's Kanye's breakdown, Rob's breakup with Chyna, Tyga's legal issues and, well, there's a lot!

Reese Witherspoon's son was up to bat, on Saturday, as the 4-year-old hit the baseball diamond with his doting mom. The pair enjoyed the California sunshine as the boys' team tried their darndest to hit a home run, alas, getting to first base was challenging enough!

Speaking of challenges ... little Tennessee is working his way through preschool but it's not all color-by-number and finger paint. The tyke doesn't exactly have the easiest name to spell and Reese posted this adorable photo illustrating her son's difficulties with the nine-letter name. So cute!

We're so happy to see this family happy and together again!

Ben Affleck leaned in for a kiss with wife Jennifer Garner, on Sunday, after the family attended church. What a site for sore eyes! It's been a while since we've seen these two be romantic with each other and today was such a sweet scene -- kids Violet, Seraphina and Samuel looking happy and at peace; Jen beaming; and Ben beyond buoyant.

After a recent trip to rehab for his issues with alcohol, the Batman star appears to be 100% family man and back into the groove of daddy life. Jen has called off the divorce and it looks like these two might just make it work. We hope so ... fingers crossed!

Well, she's told us, folks - it's HARD work to get the perfect revenge body but Khloe is on it! The relentless workout queen spend Saturday at the gym -- as usual. She's basically addicted to working out and it shows -- her size-4 body looks amazing! Things are heating up between Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez! The Latin lovers are back in LA after a romantic vacay in the Bahamas where they first took their relationship public. Friday night, the couple hit up the Hotel Bel Air for a quiet dinner -- quiet until the paparazzi were tipped off that they were there!

As A-Rod's Rolls Royce pulled out of the prestigious hotel, the couple hid in the back seat -- their faces visible only for a second as the photographers' flashes shined through the windshield.

The pair spent time in Miami after their Caribbean getaway, J Lo even meeting Rodriguez's family and spending time with A-Rod's sister. Lopez and her man enjoyed a three-and-a-half hour dinner at Casa Tua in the south Florida city last week and the lovefest didn't end there! Now back in Los Angeles, the two are spending all their free time together here and last night was no exception. Maybe we'll spot them on a brunch date this morning??? Stay tuned ...

Kim and Kanye attended a funeral for the rapper's cousin's one-year-old son Avery today in Inglewood, and the couple appeared somber as they headed into the church clad in all black. Yeezy's family member Ricky Anderson lost his child after the little boy died unexpectedly in his sleep.

"Today was the worst day of my life! I lost my lil man and gained an angel! Rest in Paradise!!! I love you man," Anderson wrote on Instagram after the tragic event.

Anderson works for Ye's record label GOOD music.

This is just the latest in a string of horrible things that the Louis Vuitton Don has had to endure, adding to Kim's Paris robbery and his own mental breakdown late last year.

We can't fathom this kind of grief. Our thoughts are with the family.

Caitlyn Jenner ventured out to grab coffee in Malibu this morning, and the transgender reality star opted to wear a super short shirt dress with boots and show a LOT of leg!

There are tons of rumors flying about the I Am Cait star recently, from the reports that she's set to join the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to the chatter that she's dating transgender model Andreja Pejić.

We'll probably get some answers when she sits down with Diane Sawyer for her second "20/20" interview on April 21. Four days after that airs, her memoir The Secrets of my Life hits shelves.

She's really embracing her authentic self these days!
