First she was "intentionally" omitted from the will and now Michael Jackson's family isn't even speaking to her? That's gotta sting!

The Jacksons have not spoken to Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two oldest children, and it appears as though the two parties haven't been on good terms for quite some time. As you know, Jackson's mother, Katherine, was granted temporary custody of Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, and a source tells Us Weekly, "Even now, she just wants to visit [the kids] and be a part of their lives - she's not after custody unless they were being harmed."

Rowe's lawyer, Eric George, told the Los Angeles Times he would attend a custody hearing on Monday, but said he didn't know if Rowe would ask for custody or to continue visitation rights.

Rowe (who was married to Jackson from 1996 to 1999) filed a petition in 2001 to give up her parental rights, but in 2003, she went back to court to regain custody after Jackson was accused of child molestation, a charge of which he was later acquitted.

But when you're as beautiful (and recognizable) as she is, it's pretty difficult to go totally unnoticed!

A law enforcement official in Washington D.C. has confirmed that the Drug Enforcement Administration is now joining the investigation of Michael Jackson's death.

According to The Associated Press, the official says the Los Angeles Police Department asked the DEA to step in because of their knowledge and resources of illicit drug manufacturers known as "pill mills."

The federal agency would also play a role in looking at Jackson's doctors and whether they were registered with the DEA to prescribe drugs. Also, federal investigators will try to determine the sources of the drugs doctors prescribed for Jackson to see whether or not there is a trafficking pattern.

Sounds like some pretty serious stuff...should be interesting to see what they'll find!

Michael Jackson's funeral will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles at 10am on Tuesday, July 7, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

AEG Live, which owns the Staples Center and the adjacent Nokia Theatre, will use both facilities and the surrounding plaza for the memorial service. Inside sources reveal that AEG will put gigantic screens outside the location for the thousands of fans who will not get inside. In order to hold the service at the facility, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus had to be persuaded to postpone moving into the 20,000-seat venue by several hours.

Ironically enough, the Staples Center is where Jackson spent his final night, rehearsing for his upcoming London concerts, right up until midnight on Wednesday June 24.

There's no word yet on how the ticketing will be handled, but you can bet it's going to be chaotic!
