Mischa Barton held a press conference on Wednesday to address the sex tape involving her that's being shopped around to porn companies, and the actress made it very clear she plans to fight against its release to the full extent of the law.

“I just want to say that I have been put through an incredibly hard and trying time. This is a painful situation and my absolute fear was realized when I learned that someone I thought I loved and trusted was filming my most intimate and private moments without my consent, with hidden cameras. And then I learned something even worse — that someone is trying to sell these videos and make them public," she said alongside her lawyer, Lisa Bloom.

“I want to protect them from the pain and humiliation that I have had to go through. No woman should have to go through this, and I am beyond grateful to Lisa Bloom, the Bloom firm and to all my friends that have helped me through this horrific experience. It is a very hard thing to do, but I am glad that I am finally standing up for myself," she added.

Her lawyer drove the point home on Twitter, saying she would stop at nothing to make sure her client got justice.

“I am very proud to represent actress Mischa Barton, who is courageously standing up for her rights. It has been reported that naked or sexually explicit images of Ms. Barton are being ‘shopped around.’ Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images. She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time. There’s a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography. Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it. I have a message for anyone who attempts to traffic in these photos or videos of Ms. Barton: we will find you, and we will come after you. We will fully prosecute you under every available criminal and civil law. You proceed at your peril," Bloom wrote.

The OC alum went to court to obtain restraining orders against ex-boyfriends Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw, both of whom she was dating around the time the tape was secretly filmed.

"The only two people who could have any sexually intimate photos or videos of me are Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw. Each of them desperately need money. It is only a matter of hours before those videos and photos could be sold and published online without a court order preventing the sale. It would hurt my career and I would be publicly embarrassed. The attempt to sell these videos or photos is nothing short of domestic violence in the form of revenge pornography and is being used to get back at me after the breakup of a relationship and to take advantage of my celebrity status - all without my permission, knowledge or consent," she explained in court papers.

Kendall Jenner's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized on Wednesday, TMZ reports. The supermodel was gone between the hours of noon and 8pm, and around 1am noticed that $200K of jewelry was missing. The catwalk queen called the cops, but the suspects are still at large.

Authorities believe it was an inside job, as Kenny was having a party with a bunch of friends, and left with her pals still in the house at one point in the evening. There were no signs of forced entry, and the thief appeared to have known exactly where the valuables were kept.

It's almost worse that someone she trusted enough to let into her pad would do this!

What a milestone!

Demi Lovato is celebrating five years of sobriety, and she reflected on the occasion in a powerful Instagram post.

"So grateful. It’s been quite the journey. So many ups and downs. So many times I wanted to relapse but sat on my hands and begged God to relieve the obsession. I'm so proud of myself but I couldn't have done it without my higher power (God), my family, friends, and everyone else who supported me. Feeling humbled and joyful today. Thank you guys for sticking by my side and believing in me," she wrote.

The songstress also shared a screenshot from her "12 Steps AA Companion — Alcoholics Anonymous" app, which showed that she has been sober for exactly 60 months, 1,827 days and 43,813 hours.

It's been quite the road to recovery for the chart topper. She did a stint in rehab in 2010 and later discovered she was bipolar, and she's been open about her struggles with mental health and addiction.

"I wish that more people can understand from a point where it's not a choice to have an addiction. And with bipolar disorder, it's a chemical imbalance, and it's something that you have to figure out, your own treatment with your own team. In order to do that, it takes time … Finally, I'm in a great place where I can say recovery is possible," she said on Today in 2015.

Gwyneth's not giving up on love!

The 44-year-old actress/entrepreneur is said to have her eye on marriage with boyfriend Brad Falchuk, a writer/producer on American Horror Story, according to Us Weekly. The source expects Brad will propose "soon."

Of course Gwyneth left behind her ex, Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin, after ten years of marriage. But they co-parent successfully and are said to still be "best friends." The source tells Us Chris approves of Brad and thinks he's a "good guy."

Gwyneth and Brad started dating in August 2014 after meeting on the set of Glee in 2010 when Gwyneth filmed her first cameo on the hit show.

Gwyneth recently posted a couple selfie on the occasion of Brad's 46th birthday, March 1. She captioned the pic, "Happy birthday, handsome." It must be true love!

Ben Affleck is "feeling great" and "hopeful for the future" after completing rehab for alcohol addiction, Us Weekly reports. The actor, who got a pass from treatment to attend the Oscars, is back living at the Pacific Palisades family home with Jen Garner and their three kids.

"They are not a couple by any means, but they are resuming their co-parenting arrangement. They took their kids together to school on Wednesday and will continue to be the best parents they can be," a source dished to the mag.

The Batman star is motivated to stay clean and sober in order to be a better father, People reports.

"He is thrilled to be back with his kids. Clearly you see that his kids mean the world to him. He has a great support system around him. Really nice to see his friends and family gather for him — the industry too. This was his decision to be proactive to live a healthy life. He’s been very moved by the outpouring of support," another source dished to the mag.

Gigi Hadid interviewed boyfriend Zayn Malik for her latest installment of home videos, and the "Pillow Talk" crooner really turned on the charm!

"When you're alone, who do you want next to you?" the supermodel can be heard asking her man. "You," he says sweetly as he stares lovingly at her. "Thanks baby," she cooes before adding, "and our dogs."

The British hunk agrees, and also decides to include their loved ones.

"And our dogs yeah. And sometimes my mum. Yes and family members. Love you all," he quips.

Mary-Kate Olsen is already a stepmom to husband Olivier Sarkozy's two kids, but she wants children of her own soon too, Us Weekly reports. The designer "really wants a baby" and "they have been ready to have a child for a while," a source dished to the mag.

The former child star, 30, and the French banker, 47, met at a party in 2012 and tied the knot in November 2015, so adding a brood would be the logical next step.

"They are so normal and super happy!" the source added.

The only obstacle to motherhood? Her nasty smoking habit! The pint size beauty loves to light up, and that's not the best thing when you're trying to get pregnant.
