But we def have to call her out on the bedazzled Rodeo queen boots...that's a major footwear fail! Why couldn't they have been solid black? That would have been much better than something that looks like it was decorated by a kindergartner with a pack of glitter glue pens.

Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka are interviewing potential surrogate mothers to deliver the couple's first child, Star magazine is reporting.

"Neil and David can't wait to hold their baby; they don't care if it's a boy or a girl. They just want a healthy child," the mag quotes a friend of the couple.

To find a surrogate mother, NPH and David turned to the same agency that lined up the woman who will be giving birth to Sarah Jessica Parker's twins later this summer.

The guys apparently had to go through a fairly strenuous screening process to be approved by the agency.

"Neil and David were so relieved and excited once they were approved," the source said.

Congrats guys! We think you'll be great dads!!!

UPDATE!! So we just heard from Neil's publicist who gave us the following statement:

If Star says it, then it must be true! No, we are not currently expecting a baby. Maybe someday ...

Sorry for jumping the gun Neil. But we stand by our belief that you and David would make a couple of great dads!

Woah...we know Lindsay has a lot of party buddies friends in Hollywood, but we never would have put her with socialite/D-lister Brittny Gastineau!

Lindsay and Brittny started off their evening by leaving Lilo's pad around midnight, and they headed to Nobu, where they stayed until 1:10am. While most of us were fast asleep, Lilo and Britt bounced over to club MyHouse, where they partied until 2:20am. The girls left in a crowded car, which drove around Samantha Ronson's house and neighborhood for half an hour. Hmm, desperate much? It looks like the persistence (and perhaps flaunting Britt) paid off though, because around 4am, Lindsay returned to Sam's house and after a fair amount of begging, she was let in. Or maybe Sam didn't want her to cause a scene?

While this could just be an innocent night out on the town for Linds and Britt, we have to wonder if there was something going on between the ladies, and if night's shenanigans were an attempt to make Samantha jealous. You see, Brittny supposedly dated Backstreet Boy Nick Carter several years ago, but she's very good friends with Courtenaaay Semel (Lindsay's rumored first lesbian love) and last year, she was snapped going to a lesbian nightclub with Paris Hilton. While we're not claiming she plays for the same team as Lilo, we certainly have to wonder if these two are more than just girlfriends!

What do you think is going on here? Is Lindsay trying to piss off Sam, or is she merely hanging out with a new (platonic) gal pal?

The other day we snapped Joan Jett and Kristen Stewart at the studio, and it looks like production on The Runaways is getting off to a great start! While we're loving Kristen's hair, we can't wait to see some of the outfits the ladies will be wearing. We know there's going to be some pretty risque pieces of clothing...especially for little miss Dakota!

Maybe Miley's not so Single For Summer after all!!!!

First Miss Miley had Nick Jonas on her jet-ski and now she's goy her hot co-star Liam Hemsworth at the helm of her wet ride!

We spotted the pair making out ON camera - Miley in a sexy wet t-shirt (eat your heart out Annie Leibowitz!) - and now the two are enjoying some OFF camera time together in Georgia where they're shooting The Last Song.

So while Miley's said she's "reconnecting" with Nick, could it be that her new man is actually Liam???

Or could it be that Miley's got two men at once??!!! You go, girl!







WHOA!!!!!

X17 caught Liv Tyler today, intervening in an instance of apparent child abuse as a woman hit a boy on his chest repeatedly on the street in Los Feliz in LA.

Tyler was driving alone and saw the incident taking place on the sidewalk - someone who appeared to be a grandmother or caretaker for a boy was screaming at him and hitting him on the chest as he sat in his stroller wailing.

Liv almost caused an accident and she hit the brakes, did a U-turn, and pulled over on the side of the road to reprimand the woman. Unfortunately the woman didn't speak English and kept telling Tyler "No entiendo. (I don't understand.)" Liv was telling her "You can't do that! I'm going to call the police; I'm going to call Child Services!"

Liv tried to comfort the crying boy and when she finally walked away to go back to her car, she told X17 photographers, "When I saw that, I couldn't take it. I had to do something." Our photog said she was visibly disturbed.

We've gotta give serious props to a person who would have the guts to stand up for a child who can't speak for himself or defend himself against an adult using unnecessary force. Liv cares ... and we love her for it!

The hot hot hot days of summer are fast approaching and you know what that means, right? All the single Hollywood girls need new boys boys boys!

Well, maybe not Lindsay, but everyone else at least! Which of these hotties will hook up with a new guy first? Miley might not be over her man, LiLo's not over her girl, Paris already got some action... the only one left is Jen! She needs a new beau STAT.

David Beckham 2.0 had another night out with his boys Tuesday at Fogo De Chao, dressed in another shimmery top - I've gotta admit, I'm kinda digging his slim-fit European wardrobe! I dunno about the man purse, but whatevs. The dude is hot and he knows it!
