We've come to expect this in Los Angeles, but Lindsay Lohan is taking her not so sneaky stalking ways overseas this time!

Lilo traveled from Paris to London yesterday via the Eurostar, just two days after Samantha Ronson arrived. Well, that could be a coincidence, right? And by some random stroke of luck, Lindsay tweeted that she's staying at the Blakes Hotel in South Kensington, which is just down the road from Samantha's hotel.

Hmmm, why do we have a feeling Lindsay had this all planned out, weeks in advance? But doesn't this seem a bit desperate?
