This is proof you never know what someone is secretly struggling with!

Chrissy Teigen is coming clean about her battle with postpartum depression in a new Glamour magazine essay, and the supermodel hopes her confession can make others struggling with the disease feel less alone.

“I had everything I needed to be happy. And yet, for much of the last year, I felt unhappy. What basically everyone around me — but me — knew up until December was this: I have postpartum depression. How can I feel this way when everything is so great? I’ve had a hard time coming to terms with that, and I hesitated to even talk about this, as everything becomes such a ‘thing,'" she wrote.

Before her diagnosis, the Sports Illustrated stunner was confused as to why she was suffering from unexplained pains, was "short" with people, didn't have an appetite, and was "bursting into tears" at any moment.

Ultimately, a trip to her doc led to some clarity and healing.

"Before the holidays I went to my general practitioner for a physical. John sat next to me. I looked at my doctor, and my eyes welled up because I was so tired of being in pain. Of sleeping on the couch. Of waking up throughout the night. Of throwing up. Of taking things out on the wrong people. Of not enjoying life. Of not seeing my friends. Of not having the energy to take my baby for a stroll. My doctor pulled out a book and started listing symptoms. And I was like, ‘Yep, yep, yep.’ I got my diagnosis: postpartum depression and anxiety. (The anxiety explains some of my physical symptoms,)" she continued.

Her recovery didn't happen overnight, though.

“I remember being so exhausted but happy to know that we could finally get on the path of getting better. John had that same excitement. I started taking an antidepressant, which helped. And I started sharing the news with friends and family — I felt like everyone deserved an explanation, and I didn’t know how else to say it other than the only way I know: just saying it," she explained.

What surprised her most is simply that it happened to her, even though she has a charmed life and lots of support from family and friends.

"I also just didn’t think it could happen to me. I have a great life. I have all the help I could need: John, my mother (who lives with us), a nanny. But postpartum does not discriminate. I couldn’t control it. And that’s part of the reason it took me so long to speak up: I felt selfish, icky, and weird saying aloud that I’m struggling. Sometimes I still do," she confessed.

So why did she feel the need to tell the world about her very personal struggle?

“I’m speaking up now because I want people to know it can happen to anybody and I don’t want people who have it to feel embarrassed or to feel alone. I also don’t want to pretend like I know everything about postpartum depression, because it can be different for everybody. But one thing I do know is that — for me — just merely being open about it helps. This has become my open letter," she concluded.

The Kardashian sisters seem to have a strained relationship with the Olympian ever since she transitioned, but her biological daughters have been doing their best to stick by her during the emotional time. “I’ve always known. It was a secret we just couldn’t talk about," the 19-year-old confessed to Marie Claire about her dad's gender crisis.

In fact, Ky prefers things this way!

“I like her better than Bruce. Because we talk about makeup and clothes and we bond a lot more. But not only that — I feel like there’s not a huge secret in the family. I feel like there was always this big secret. Now, I feel like we hang out a lot more and there’s no secrets," she told Ellen Degeneres this past November.

We have a lot of respect for the fact the cosmetics queen is mature enough to accept her father's authentic self.

Parenthood looks good on them!

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd stepped out in public for the first time with their newborn son Shai, and the Ukranian ballroom dancer makes a baby carrier look sexy!

The couple, who got engaged in December 2015, welcomed their little one on January 4, but they're both coming back to Dancing with the Stars this season. The blonde beauty is slightly concerned about the physical tolls of new motherhood, but her fiancé is mostly worried about missing milestones.

"I just want to be healthy. It’s going to take a little bit longer, I think, to get back up to the fitness I was doing and had before. I think it’s going to be OK. I am going to take it slowly and hopefully I have an awesome partner to go through this with," she said on a GMA segment.

"I was always wanting to have kids and never thought it would be like this. You can’t just stop staring at this little person. This is the only difficult part about coming back on the show this time because it will take time away from being with this dude," Chmerkovskiy added.

What about all those cooking tutorials Kylie posts? Is she actually eating that food?! Ms. Jenner and Tyga literally eat every meal out -- perhaps it's because the get bored sitting around the house with no real responsibilities or anything to do ... or maybe it's that something's making them really, really hungry all the time and the stuff they've got in the fridge just won't do?

Whatever the case, Kylie and Tyga were out to lunch again Saturday, Kylie dressed in her finest Alexander Wang x Adidas sweatshirt -- the entire collection sold out within minutes of its drop on Saturday, btw, but clearly she got hers for free, in advance.

Labels love her, brands love her, and clearly Tyga loves her but not everyone does. For example, Danielle Bregoli, aka "Cash Me Outside" girl, does NOT like Kylie. A recent report claimed Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were all set to move into their $30 million-dollar Hidden Hills home in May but that does NOT seem to be the case. Look at these photos shot Friday ... would YOU move into this in 60 days???

Granted, most of us would gladly sleep on an unfinished floor with a hole in the roof if we could occupy this palace, but we doubt seriously whether Kim and Kanye would give up their finally settled Bel Air mansion for living out of boxes with tarp on the roof, surrounded by dust and dirt at this point. Why would they?

Kourtney's not soccer mom, folks; she's not hitting a field or a court or a stadium with her kids on a Friday afternoon ... she's at the gun range!

Okay -- so disclaimer -- it was a paintball gun range. And it was for an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But still! Aren't Mason, 7, and Penelope, 4, a little young to be shooting guns of any kind?

Auntie Khloe went along for the "fun" and the ladies dressed in head-to-toe battle gear, including protective face masks.

Meanwhile, the kids' dad Scott Disick is back in town after disappearing for a month following the family's vacation in Costa Rica. Since we first spotted him back in LA a few days ago, he's been out and about with friends, but we haven't seen him with Kourtney or with the kids. Yesterday, as the kids were paintballing, he was 'balling' at Barneys, buying some new duds ... because wouldn't you rather be buying sh*t instead of hanging out with your kids?!

She finally popped!

Natalie Portman has given birth to a baby girl, her rep confirms to People. “Natalie Portman and her husband Benjamin Millepied welcomed a baby girl, Amalia Millepied, on Feb. 22. Mother and baby are happy and healthy," the statement read.

This is the second child for the couple, who are already parents to son Aleph, 5. They met on the set of Black Swan in 2010 and married in 2012. The actress skipped the Oscars this year because of her pregnancy, but now we know it's because she had already delivered.

"Due to my pregnancy, I am unable to attend the Independent Spirit Awards and the Academy Awards. I feel so lucky to be honored among my fellow nominees and wish them the most beautiful of weekends," she said at the time.
