Considering both Jay-Z and P. Diddy were (or are) in the fashion game, we're a bit surprised neither of them we're at the Costume Institute Gala, but we're more surprised to see them out having dinner with each other at Katsuya in Hollywood!

Not that these two ever feuded much, but we didn't think one place could contain all that ego!

Ben McKenzie was snapped at Shamrock Tattoo yesterday shooting scenes for NBC's Southland, and the actor was looking all sorts of sexy in his police uniform. We could continue to gush about his baby blues and how beefy his arms look, but we'll say this instead...if you haven't checked out NBC's new cop drama, you should. It's a great show, and it just got picked up for a second season, so set your Tivos and tune in - we smell some Emmy and Golden Globe noms this fall!

We love the sexiness known as Megan Fox...but that two toned hair and 35-year-old boyfriend of hers? Not so much!

We snapped the couple going for a walk in Santa Monica last night, and photogs tell X17online exclusively that the two got into a very intense argument right before these pictures were taken. One photog added, "It seemed that they had been having a very emotional discussion and Megan was visibly upset, even though Brian seemed fine."

Then again, the expression on her face might have had something to do with the icky color of her usually magnificent mane...if our hair looked like that, we'd be pretty pissed too!
