Amy Winehouse is back in the hospital after she was spotted drinking heavily following the departure of her dad from St. Lucia (see gallery below).

The Rehab singer's rep tells the Sun that, “Amy fainted after being out in the sun and without drinking water. She has been taking part in a lot of activities which also played a part.”

But locals claim she was so drunk she was "falling out" of a local bar after her dad left the island.

St. Lucia was supposed to be a sanctuary for Amy to get cleaned up after breaking up with Blake, but is she just substituting alcohol for drugs?

Well, anyone who saw the third season of Laguna Beach knows that that prrrroooobably won't be the case, but when our photogs asked Kristin if she was taking over The Hills from Lauren Conrad ("I don't know!") and if she would be better at it than Lauren, her response was:

"If I do it, I WILL do it better than her!"

Oooh, it's like the old Lauren/Kristin feud is happening all over again!

But before you think Kristin has returned to her high school bitchy ways, we caught the cutie dissing her frenemy as she braved the swine flu pandemic the to go out to an event to support gay marriage. Awwww!

After getting all those shots of Lindsay Lohan prancing around in a bikini in Hawaii, we were totally going through withdrawal, so naturally, we browsed through our Lindsay bikini archive. A digital trip down memory lane soon reminded us how much the starlet's weight has changed over the years...not to mention her hair color, career choices and sexual preference!

Cindy Crawford's hubby Rande Gerber is being sued for sexual harassment by two former female employees, and some of the allegations being made against him sound pretty shady!

The lawsuit was filed in San Diego County Superior Court in March by two waitresses who used to work at a Gerber Group restaurant. The two women claim they were fired for not giving in to the advances of Gerber and several other managers, and one claims that on one night in particular, Gerber attempted to kiss her three times and then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch"!

A Gerber Group rep told Us Weekly, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit."

Abandoning her fashion uniform of skinny jeans and floaty tops, V. Hud shed some clothing for spring and showed off her legs in a pretty floral skirt.

Hey, at least this time it doesn't look like she forgot her pants!

Looks like Sarah Jessica Parker busted out the flat iron last night in NYC!

We love SJP's stick-straight locks, but little James Wilke looks less than impressed with mom's new do. Maybe he thinks she's trying to steal his look? He's got quite the head of hair for a 6-year-old!!

While Justin was hanging out at the driving range, Jessica was engaged in a different kind of sport: shopping.

We spotted the potentially future Mrs. Timberlake (hey, it could happen) with a Revlon bag heading back to the couple's Tribeca apartment.

It's worth mentioning that Jess is the new "Brand Ambassador" (whatever that means) for Revlon. Looks like she's doing a pretty good job so far!
