Earlier this week, X17online reported that on-and-off couple Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were officially dunzo after having "already broken up and gotten back together a couple times."

And now? A spy at the A|X par-tay last night tells X17 that Vanessa was hanging all over a guy... and not Nick!

"Vanessa was sitting on this dude's lap for a long, long time. It didn't seem like they were just friends," says the source. "They were playfully flirting all night and Nick was nowhere in sight."

Does this mean the former couple is actually moving on this time? Maybe Nick will somehow get back together with Jessica in the end!
