Former O.C. starlet Mischa Barton might not be getting a lot of film or TV roles these days, but at least she looks great! And to celebrate she's showin' off her bangin' bod in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan...

Mischa explains in the article, via The Sun: "I’m happy now - I wouldn’t change my body, and I couldn’t anyway." She also admits to loving Liv Tyler, whom she calls "beautiful." But would Mischa ever go under the knife to change the way she looks?

"I know I’m never going to look like her and I’m not into surgery, or changing the way I look," says Barton. And good thing, too! The girl is gorge, isn't she?

Of course, do you think that "Cellulite is not a crime" headline (on the cover, to the right of her face) was on purpose?

Looks like she's also double-fisting a bottle of Coke and a can of Coke - talk about variety!

After a day at the hair salon, Lindsay Lohan joined her mom Dina and sister Ali (not to mention her BFF Patrick) for an 11 pm dinner at Nobu... but an X17online reporter on the scene tells us that Linds "did NOT want to be there." Our source recaps the evening below:

"Lindsay looked horrible. She was not in a good mood at all - she seemed so depressed and couldn't focus on anything. She barely ate a thing and drank water the whole time. She just kept to herself and ignored her surroundings. It's like she wasn't even there.

Dina kept passing food to Lindsay since they were all sharing sushi, but Lindsay wouldn't even take one bite. It looked like she would have rather been anywhere but with her mom at that restaurant! They had obviously been fighting and Lindsay clearly didn't want to talk to anyone. She just sat there sullenly.

She's definitely waifish but it's starting to move beyond that - she looked downright sick."

Sounds like a wholly unpleasant evening. Could a fight with Dina be brewing? We'll have more deets on that story later...

And to top it all off, LiLo also has a case of the dead eyes in these pix. Why the sudden mood swings? Is it because of the break-up or is she really not eating?

Lindsay is always downing caffeinated drinks - obvs! - smoking and making late-night runs (slash photo-op stops) to Mickey D's, but we never actually see her eat, and last night she only drank water!

Earth to Dina, your daughter needs help!

Madonna is apparently turning to former husband Guy Ritchie for support following the devastating news that she would not be allowed to adopt a second child from Malawi.

According the UK's The Sun, Madonna broke down in tears during a recent phone conversation with Guy.

“Rocco was speaking to her and suddenly turned to Guy and said, ‘Daddy, Daddy. Mummy is crying’. He then handed Guy the phone,” the paper quotes a source.

“It’s unusual for Madonna to turn on the waterworks but this has really upset her," the source continued.

Guy has been very supportive of Madonna's efforts to adopt a 4-year-old girl named Mercy, even releasing a statement after a judge denied the adoption because Madonna had not lived in Malawi for the last 18 months.

“I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened her application has been rejected," Guy's statement read.

“She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her.”

Who would have thought we'd ever see Guy and Madonna being civil to each other again???

Lindsay "I know I'm gorgeous" Lohan stopped by the Byron & Tracey hair salon in the BH yesterday afternoon with sister Ali and came out on fire!

We seriously love her hair now. It looks so much more refreshed than it has been recently! Darker and redder is the way to go, Linds. Nothing like a little makeover to make you forget about all the break-up drama!

Miley announced on the Rachael Ray Show taping yesterday that her b-friend Justin Gaston brings her "closer to the Lord."

She told the Rachael and the audience (and the nation, when the show airs tomorrow):

"I've never been closer to the Lord since I met him. He's really made me read my Bible. He's made me actually read the stories in the Bible -- not the quick little verses -- that not only help me, but show you how to help other people."

"Honestly, I didn't like him at first. I was like, 'Great, another song writer. This should be fun ... He's very cute, but I don't think he gets as much credit as he should because he's a really good guy."

Times are tough for Brit -- romantically, I mean. And girlfriend had just ONE thing on her mind and one thing only last night at her Vancouver concert (and it wasn't weed!)!

Girlfriend started the show at 8:15 pm but walked off stage by 9:05 complaining about the overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the venue. An announcer said over the speakers:

"It’s become uncomfortable and unsafe for the performers, including Ms. Spears. The show will resume as soon as the air around the stage is clear. The performance will not proceed until the air clears.”

Dayum! Contain yourselves pre-teen Britney fans! We thought you were more wholesome than that!
