There's always drama with Britney Spears, even when she's out of town! Yesterday afternoon, Jamie Spears' attorney Blair Berk and Sam Lutfi's sister Christina appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom, and it seemed to be a battle of words over what the pop princess really wants when it comes to Sam Lutfi and that restraining order.

Christina told the court:

"[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam. She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids."

Britney reportedly called Sam in mid-January to speak with Christina, and the two arranged a meeting at the Peninsula Hotel on January 16. Britney was able to ditch her bodyguard for a short period of time, and she met with Sam's younger sister in a sauna. It was then that Christina gave Britney a cell phone, saying it was from Sam and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Christina said Britney asked her, "Will Sam be able to help me?"

On the other hand, Blair Berk talked about Britney's desire to keep Sam OUT of her life, saying, “She repeatedly asked if I could get him arrested for what he’d done to her and get the court to order him to stay away from her."

According to Access Hollywood, Berk also claimed that Lutfi threatened to release embarrassing information about Britney and her dad if Berk did not stop such information being released about him.

The court will hear closing arguments for the case on Tuesday April 21st, and the restraining order against Sam has been extended until then as well.

Hmm, wonder what Britney really wants? Do you think she misses being able to call whomever she pleases? It must suck to be 27 years old and have your father monitor your every move!

Last night Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and some pals went to Izaka-Ya Sushi in Los Angeles, and we're not sure what the expectant mama ate, but we're hoping it wasn't raw sushi! Nothing wrong with sushi, but when you're preggers, you're not supposed to (or you're not advised to) consume uncooked fish.

Anyway, Nicole did a pretty good job darting into the car, and buddy Charlotte Ronson was her partner in crime once she closed the door. Hey, what else are friends for?

OMG! This is super scary but we're glad Keira Knightley had the guts to do it! In the short video below, Keira is attacked by her abusive boyfriend in a domestic violence ad for the charity Women's Aid.

The ad shows Keira leaving work after a long day of filming, and when she gets home, her boyfriend beats the crap out of her because he thinks she's having an affair with a co-star.

At the end of the video, viewers see that the location is an empty film set rather than an apartment, and as the beating continues, the ad says, "Isn't it time someone called cut?"

Keira volunteered to do it because "while domestic violence exists in every section of society we rarely hear about it. Domestic violence affects one in four women at some point in their lifetime and kills two women every week."

Wrapped in a purple scarf, Jennifer Aniston left her NYC hotel the other afternoon with a large manila envelope in hand. It looks like something business-related, but maybe that's just Jen's way of fooling us!

Sienna Miller flew to Los Angeles from Miami and checked into the Sunset Tower hotel to visit Josh Hartnett as he recovers from his recent health scare, X17online has learned exclusively.

Josh was taken to the hospital in an ambulance earlier this week suffering from what his publicist describes as "gastrointestinal problems."

"Sienna had just 24 hours to fly all the way to LA to see Josh," a friend tells X17online. "She was very concerned and wanted to be sure he knew how much she cared for him."

Looks like Sienna has finally moved on from Balthazar Getty!!!

Last night the lovely Megan Fox paid a visit to the Chateau Marmont, and we have to say, only Megan could make stripper shoes look this classy!

The tatted up Transformers hottie darted in to the hotel's restaurant, but we were able to snap a few shots of the actress on her way out. We wish she wasn't so camera shy! Doesn't she know how many people enjoy staring at pictures of her?

And it looks like Suri is busy eating her shoe! Uh, I'm all for kids doing cute things... but this is a little gross.

As always, SS showed off her sexy legs in her trademark lucite heels, and she slathered on the foundation, concealer, lip gloss, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, brow pencil and powder to complete her look.
