A man who believes that 17-year-old Olympic gymnast and Dancing With the Stars contestant Shawn Johnson communicates with him through the television and with ESP, was arrested Wednesday trying to sneak into the studio where DWTS is taped.

The man was detained by security personnel at CBS's Television City in Hollywood before being arrested by the LAPD.

Inside the man's car, police found two guns, zip ties and duct tape. The alleged stalker was booked on suspicion of carrying a loaded gun and his bail was set at $35,000.

Meantime, a judge has granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the man from coming within 100 yards of Johnson, her family or her dancing partner Mark Ballas.

Yesterday afternoon, it was a family reunion of sorts for Lindsay, Sam, Dina and Ali. The group went shopping in Hollywood, and then they stopped by Dr. Tea's, and everyone seemed to be in an upbeat mood - this was looking to be the second drama-free day in a row, but rather predictably, the craziness began as soon as the sun set.

After grabbing dinner, Lindsay, Dina and 15-year-old Ali headed to Villa, and they seemed shocked when they were denied entry. Yes folks, Villa is a BAR. Then again, Ali does look a bit uh, mature for her age, so this is kinda surprising! Sources tell us that the group was turned away because Ali was to young, but we're kinda wondering if it was because Dina was too old!

Looks like Madonna is serious about giving little David a Malawian brother or sister.

According to the Associated Press, Madge has filed adoption papers with the government of the African nation to adopt a second child.

The report goes on to say that Madonna is expected to be in Malawi this weekend and that an adoption could be in place by Monday!

We'll see if it's true!!

Yesterday afternoon, Paris Hilton filmed a scene with Kathy Griffin for the comedian's show, "My Life On The D-List," and it looks like the ladies REALLY enjoyed the attention from fans, photogs and crew members.

Think Paris is good for ratings? Her adorable puppy sure is!

Is the Simpson/Wentz marriage heading for a fall out? Boy, we hope not!!!

But online reports suggest Bronx Mowgli's mom and dad aren't exactly enjoying their almost one-year-old marriage.

Apparently, Ashlee's more than a little peeved that Pete prefers to spend most of his time away from their not too happy home, while she's stuck taking care of their little tyke.

The usual denials have been issued by their respective reps, who say everything is fine between the two.

Good news for those of you who don't want to pay to see Lindsay's latest flick...and bad news for Linds.

Nu Image/Millennium Films, the production company behind Labor Pains, has confirmed that the comedy will premiere on ABC Family this July, and it be released on DVD in August.

In the movie, Lindsay plays a young woman who has to fake being pregnant in order to keep her job. We're thrilled that we can watch it from our couch, but this must be a huge blow for Lindsay.

Then again, if her acting in the movie is noteworthy, maybe it will help get her career back on track? Or not?
