If I had a clothing label, I would def want THIS commercial to represent my line!

No, we're not referring to the state she must've been in when she put together that outfit, but photogs tell us Hilary was looking mighty happy when she left dinner with a friend last night in Toluca Lake!

"Hilary must have had a few drinks at dinner, because when she left the restaurant, she was stumbling all over her friend and running down the street! She was crazy!"

What drove Hil to act so crazy? Was she just celebrating the release of the trailer for her new film Greta (which looks a little Georgia Rule-ish)? Or was she drinking to forget the not-so-flattering comparison we made yesterday?

OMG! Harlow is gonna have not one, but two siblings before the end of the year!

The actress chatted with the mag about fame, the paparazzi, her career and she even referenced the best movie in the history of cinema - I'm talking about Mean Girls, of course!

On looking for work:

"It's scary when you realize, 'Oh my God, I'm not working. And I have a house to pay for now.'…and there's been some things I've really wanted to do...Like the one movie I've wanted to do for so long is Alice in Wonderland, but, um, that didn't work out…it is what it is...[Producers told me] 'You're not right for the part, and that's it.' That's how I like to hear it...I can take it, I'm a big girl. Obviously, you don't want me. I don't want to do something that somebody doesn't want me to be involved in anyway."

On having her picture taken:
