Dang, girl! Politically-active comedienne Amy Schumer showed us just how passionate she is about keeping President Donald Trump's cabinet nominees in check, by writing up some signs to show to the paparazzi as she left her sushi lunch in Beverly Hills. The signs oppose Trump's nominee for Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos. Schumer implores fans to "Call Your Senator To Oppose" and offers US Capital's switchboard number to help activists get started.

In case you didn't know, Schumer comes from a political pedigree -- her cousin is New York Democrat, Senator Chuck Schumer. She's supported the Senator's policy on gun control and his fight against Trump's recent anti-immigration mandate. She also attended the Women's March in Washington, D.C. and spoke to the crowd there. She Tweeted, the day after Trump's inauguration, "Trump is about to bombard us with so many awful decisions. We need people alert and fighting for each other's rights. Call congress. Call the senate. We need to wake up and rise up together."

We were wondering when she was going to weigh in on this!

Angelina Jolie has been a special envoy for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees since 2001, so to say she's well-informed would be an understatement, and the actress is outraged by President Trump's recent immigration ban.

"Refugees are men, women and children caught in the fury of war, or the cross hairs of persecution. Far from being terrorists, they are often the victims of terrorism themselves. Americans have shed blood to defend the idea that human rights transcend culture, geography, ethnicity and religion. The decision to suspend the resettlement of refugees to the United States and deny entry to citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries has been met with shock by our friends around the world precisely because of this record," she wrote in an op-ed for The New York Times.

While the Oscar winner agrees that the safety of our nation is important, she doesn't believe that the current administration's executive order is the solution. "Our response must be measured and should be based on facts, not fear," she fumed.

The issue hits close to home, as all of her kids were born outside the United States.

"As the mother of six children, who were all born in foreign lands and are proud American citizens, I very much want our country to be safe for them, and all our nation’s children. But I also want to know that refugee children who qualify for asylum will always have a chance to plead their case to a compassionate America. And that we can manage our security without writing off citizens of entire countries — even babies — as unsafe to visit our country by virtue of geography or religion. It is simply not true that our borders are overrun or that refugees are admitted to the United States without close scrutiny," she concluded.

The "Lemonade" songstress is expecting twins, and sources are already tattling about their genders.

"Beyonce and Jay Z chose one female and one male embryo. Beyonce had a really hard time conceiving on her own, so it was an easy decision for them to choose the IVF route," an insider dished to Radar. "Beyonce knows that the world is in such dire straits right now and she is hoping that this gives her fans some hope and brightens their day," the source added.

We have a feeling the "Pillowtalk" crooner plays the hit for his lady love when they're chilling out at home. The Vogue cover girl recently revealed her ideal date night with her British beau, and it doesn't require even leaving the house.

"When I'm in Los Angeles I mostly stay in because it's my time off and I like being with my boyfriend and doing art and cooking. We like late-night movies and we order from this amazing place that does lattes and gingerbread cookies," she told the mag.

Lady Gaga's going big for her Texas Super Bowl spotlight moment! The singer will reportedly sing some oldies by goodies during her highly-anticipated halftime show, including 2009's "Bad Romance." She and her backup dancers were rehearsing the choreography for the song in a video posted earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Gaga will do some of her choreography suspended from the roof of the stadium, as she confirmed recently. Apparently that was her sister Natali's idea. So in order to do that, she's been working out non-stop, every day, as evidenced by a recent Instagram the songstress posted ...

Kourtney Kardashian is choosing to focus on her kids as baby daddy Scott Disick continues to drink and party with hot models in Miami, and it can't be easy for the reality star to stomach. After all, rumors swirled these past couple of months that the mother-of-three was considering giving The Lord another shot at their relationship, so this is basically a giant slap in the face.

LD joined his former girlfriend and their children on the K clan family trip to Costa Rica last week, but after an alleged blow-up with Kris Jenner and Kim, he took off for a more carefree vacation in the Sunshine State, and it's not going over well with Kourt.

"Kourtney hasn’t been happy with Scott for weeks. It has nothing to do with what he is doing in Miami right now. She just doesn’t like when he parties. He is an irresponsible dad when he parties. Kourtney returned to L.A. on Monday with the kids. She is not happy with Scott. She allowed him to come to Costa Rica for a couple of days so he could have fun with the kids. Scott’s behavior is again getting out of control. He is partying a lot," a source dished to People.

"Kourtney just wants him to make good choices because of their kids. Partying and making out with different girls publicly isn’t exactly the best behavior when you are a dad," the source added.
