She's lucky she didn't have to return to the scene of the crime for this!

Kim Kardashian is testifying in her Paris robbery case right now, and it's all going down in New York City, TMZ reports. The reality star traveled to the Big Apple with her kids to give a judge her play-by-play account of the jewelry heist, and she's in the process of identifying the suspects that bound and gagged her before taking off with $10 million in diamonds last October.

The French judicial system is drastically different from ours, in that judges are permitted to travel to interview victims of crimes, and those victims are not required to sit for a cross examination. Translation - Kimmy K doesn't have to come face to face with her attackers in court!

Although 17 people have been arrest in connection with the crime, only two of them broke in and are thus identifiable. As for her baubles, they're melted down and long gone on the black market, but that seems to be the least of her concerns.

We bet she's just glad people finally believe that this actually happened, and wasn't some elaborately constructed plot line for Keeping Up with the Kardashians!

Emma Roberts and Lea Michele were out and about in Beverly Hills celebrating the Glee star's recent run at a Santa Monica theater to debut her upcoming album Places.

Lea just concluded a week of shows at Santa Monica's The Broad Stage, previewing the music from her upcoming album. On it, she sings about love and heartbreak -- in fact she told the audience at her show, which included pal Emma, "I talk a lot about love on this new record and a lot about all different kinds of love. For me, for people that know me, they know that when I love someone, I just kind of put my whole heart into it and everything. I cross countries for people. My poor mother—if she has to hear me say one more time, 'I just love him so much.'"

Kourtney Kardashian is killing it in a crop top for mommy-and-me class!

The sexy mother-of-three wore a skin-tight white crop top -- leaving NOTHING to the imagination -- and some unusually high-waisted sweatpants with black Vans, on Tuesday, for an outing with Penelope and little Reign.

Now, Kourt's not fooling anybody ... we know high-waisted pants with a crop top means, hiding those love handles and maybe some left-over wrinkles from the less-than-taught tummy after carrying three children. But you know what? Who cares! She looks great!

Bethenny Frankel's ex-husband Jason Hoppy was arrested last Friday in NYC after showing up to their daughter Bryn's school and threatening the SkinnyGirl mogul. He was charged with harassment in the first degree and stalking in the fourth degree, after failing to comply with a cease and desist letter issued last November.

"The complainant said Hoppy had sent numerous emails and FaceTime calls numbering in the hundreds after a cease and desist letter was sent on Nov. 22, 2016. On Friday, Jan. 27, [Hoppy] approached [Frankel] and a friend at her child’s school at around 8:15 a.m. and tried to provoke a fight. He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned,'" an NYPD spokesperson told People.

Hoppy denies any wrongdoing.

"There are no words to express how saddened Mr. Hoppy is over his ex-wife’s unjustified actions. His only concern is his daughter and intends to vigorously fight these false charges," his lawyer Robert C. Gottlieb countered to People.

The pair split in December 2012 after three years of marriage, and finalized their contentious divorce in July 2016.

Michelle Williams and bestie Busy Philipps caught a flight out of LAX yesterday, and they're so close, they even hold hands!

They became pals after starring on Dawson's Creek back in the day, and have maintained their friendship over the years. In fact, the Oscar nominee recently confessed that their bond is stronger than any relationship.

"I’m so in love with her. She’s proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That’s the love of my life right there," she previously gushed to reporters about the mother-of-two.

The ladies attend the SAG awards together on Sunday, so we wonder where they're headed to next?!

Jonathan Cheban is acting like a total diva on the new reality show Celebs Go Dating, and it's making producers want to scream.

"Jonathan’s diva demands have been off the scale. Production have been pulling their hair out trying to keep him satisfied. He’s become accustomed to a certain standard of living and has already kicked off about his accommodation while he’s filming the show," a source dished to Daily Mail.

"He wants to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in the best suite going. He’s demanded a private jet to fly him home to New York for three days because he’s homesick and misses Kim, his friends and his family. They just don’t know what to do with him to keep him happy!" the source added.

Niall Horan arrived at LAX yesterday and couldn't seem to get a word in edgewise as fans and photographers questioned him about a possible One Direction reunion, but according to reports, if and when that happens, it will be well down the line. The British hunk is set to release his first solo album, but he recently revealed he's pushing back the date to make sure it's perfect.

"I am taking my time on it. I don’t want to rush it. I said it would be out at the start of the summer but I might push it back now a small bit. I don’t really have an idea. I’ll keep writing until it’s there and when it’s there I’ll let everyone know. It’s not going to be all singles," he told the Daily Star.

Still, the boy band might get back together once their solo projects are off the ground.

"We all know they are all working on their own things right now, but Niall, Louis, Liam and Harry are definitely for it but it will be years down the line. When they have done all the stuff they want to do personally," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"People forget that they all wanted solo glory, but were put together as a group. They want nothing more right now then to succeed by themselves before thinking of getting back together," the source added.
