Justin Bieber's not finished messing with Kourtney Kardashian! It kinda seems like Kourtney's the one using the Biebs as a booty call -- like the second Scott Disick goes to Dubai and goes missing one night and doesn't answer his phone, Kourtney exacts her revenge! With Justin on speed dial, she throw on a sexy sheer lace top, exposing her nips, and hoofs it to the club to meet up with her 22-year-old hottie. And if the 37-year-old mother-of-three can still get Bieber to hook up with her, then more power to her!

The pair were spotted at LA's Peppermint Club Sunday night and though they arrived separately, a source inside the club tells us: "They were definitely together and they were definitely flirtatious." They then moved to hot spot Delilah and partied until 2 a.m., according to Us Weekly.

These two definitely have a history -- when Kourtney and Scott ended their relationship in August 2015, Kourtney hooked up with Justin numerous times. And she keeps going back for more every time Scott pisses her off.

Well she and Scott have been on much better terms recently, but his trip to Dubai with Kim may have derailed his reunion with his baby mama. On Friday, Scott reportedly went missing and wasn't answering Kourtney's calls. It was explained away by Scott calming to be jet-lagged and having overslept. But Kourtney's got trust issues -- and guess what she Tweeted on Friday? "I've got trust issues." Well, that's straightforward! And we don't blame her ...

Not their President!

Alec Baldwin, Mark Ruffalo, and Michael Moore are just some of the famous faces that will be protesting outside Trump Tower on the night before Inauguration Day, the famous filmmaker tweeted.

"Mark Ruffalo, Alec Baldwin & myself will be holding a massive rally in NYC in front of Trump International Hotel this Thursday, 6 pm! Come!” Moore wrote to his social media followers.

The 30 Rock actor has been skewering the incoming POTUS on Saturday Night Live! lately, but he has no plans on stopping or making Trump's life any easier. "If Trump believes that criticism of, opposition to, distaste for his election will eventually subside, he is mistaken. It’s just starting," he wrote on Twitter earlier this week.

Ruffalo couldn't agree more!

"We are sending a message to Washington that we will fight, at every step, discrimination and harmful policies, today, tomorrow and every day," he told NBC News Sunday, adding that, "we are coming together to stand up for one another, as we will do every day, to protect the values we hold dear."

It's certainly been a rocky road to the White House!

Katy Perry threw boyfriend Orlando Bloom a surprise party in Palm Springs for his 40th birthday over the weekend, and some of the famous guests included Jen Aniston and husband Justin Theroux. We didn't know the "Roar" songstress and the actress were friends, and we're especially shocked because they both dated John Mayer!

The Leftovers star was caught in a rare moment without his leather jacket, as he posed shirtless with the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and some other dudes.

Looks like a wild time was had by all!

After a stint in rehab last fall for "emotional issues," Selena has channeled those emotional issues into a new single that appears to be a collaboration with songwriters Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter, who have penned a few songs you may have heard of. The duo has worked with Fifth Harmony, Gwen Stefani, Demi Lovato and Gomez's ex Justin Bieber. Michaels wrote Gomez's "Good For You" and Bieber's "Sorry."

Instagram videos posted by Selena and by the songwriters show the trio dancing around a recording studio lip-synching to a track we've never heard before and it sounds awesome; we can't wait for this to drop!

When hotness collides!

We love the Justin Bieber-Patrick Schwarzenegger duo -- two bad boys in hoodies hanging at Catch in LA following their accidental run-in during their respective vacations in the Bahamas. What we would give to have been as this Casamigos tequila stand when THIS happened!

Baby Dream is out and about! The month-old daughter of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian finally got out of the house -- with TWO nannies -- on Saturday, for a trip to the mall with half-brother King Cairo.

The team piled into Chyna's white Rolls Royce and hoofed it to JC Penney for two hours of shopping. King Cairo looked excited for the outing, while Chyna was dressed in what appear to be Khloe Kardashian's Good American ripped jeans, high-heeled ankle boots and a tee.

Just ahead of the outing, the mother-of-two posted a sweet video showing the trio in a three-way cuddle.

Meanwhile, Chyna seems to have repaired her relationship with Rob -- at least temporarily. She's back to twerking for him and reports claim she's trying for baby #2 with Rob!

When in Dubai ...

Instead of dressing in a djellaba and riding a camel (politically incorrect, people!) Kimmy K jumped in a dune buggy and hit the desert during her trip to Dubai.

Mrs. Kardashian-West posted lots of Snapchats documenting her trip to the middle east with her glam squad. She's still searing sweats and lace-up, heeled boots, her oversized sunnies and little or no makeup, in keeping with her dressed-down, post-robbery chic. Except, of course, when she does a photo shoot in a Dubai high-rise, in which case she goes back to her body-con, sexy social media starlet style.

Kim's on the comeback!

Poor Saint! The little tyke -- like so many younger kids -- was afraid of the big white guy in a beard when his parents forced him to pose for a Christmas photo with Santa.

Kim Kardashian posted the pic of her little boy on her official web site, on Friday, and fans couldn't get enough of the chubby-cheeked boy, 13 months old, in agony as sister Nori, 3, looked on, shocked at her brother's reaction.

The pic was taken at music producer extraordinaire Rick Rubin's Malibu recording studio Shangri-La by Kanye's creative director Eli Russell Linnetz. X17online can report exclusively that Kanye was staying at the producer's seaside studio right after he was released from the hospital following his nervous breakdown back in early December.
