The TV episode of Urban Myths featuring Joseph Fiennes as the late Michael Jackson has been cancelled, after outrage from the Jackson family, specifically daughter Paris.

"Elizabeth, Michael & Marlon" was was set to chronicle an alleged road trip that the legendary singer took with pals Elizabeth Taylor and Marlon Brando after the September 11 attacks, but there was significant backlash that a white actor was portraying the African American icon.

"I’m so incredibly offended by it, as I’m sure plenty of people are as well. It angers me to see how obviously intentional it was for them to be this insulting, not just towards my father, but my godmother liz as well. Where is the respect? They worked through blood sweat and tears for ages to create such profound and remarkable legacies. Shameful portrayal. He made a point of it plenty of times to express his pride in his roots. He would never have wanted this," Paris tweeted yesterday.

Sky Arts network heard her loud and clear, and announced today in a series of tweets that they'd decided to pull the plug on the controversial episode of the eight-part series.

"We have taken the decision not to broadcast "Elizabeth, Michael & Marlon," a 30min episode from the Sky Arts Urban Myths. This decision was taken in light of the concerns expressed by Michael Jackson’s immediate family. We set out to take a light-hearted look at reportedly true events & never intended to cause any offence. Joseph Fiennes fully supports our decision," the statement said.

The King of Pop can continue to rest in peace.

After all, the singer was spotted making out with Selena Gomez after a dinner in Santa Monica earlier this week, and now fans are wondering if his new song "Party Monster" is about the "Come & Get It" songstress.

"Ooh, she mine, ooh girl, bump a line / Angelina, lips like Angelina / like Selena, ass shaped like Selena," he croons in the tune. While he could be talking about late legend Selena Quintanilla, it's more likely he's paying tribute to his new girlfriend.

Well this is adorable!

Miley Cyrus didn't hold back her true feelings when wishing her fiancé Liam Hemsworth a happy 27th birthday on Instagram yesterday, and it made us wonder when the wedding is!

"Happiest birthday EVER to my favorite being EVER EVER EVER! You have been my best friend since the day we met..... I am beyond lucky to share sooooo animals with you!!! I love you @liamhemsworth," she captioned a silly snapshot of the pair.

The lovebirds met on the set of their movie The Last Song in 2010, got engaged in 2012, but parted ways in September 2013. They spent two years apart, but got back together in December 2015 and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

"Of course it was hard, man. But we were both going in different directions and it's just what needed to happen. We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time — we both needed that. I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it. I make my decisions about what's going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do — and I don't worry too much outside of that," the Aussie actor told GQ Australia back in May about their breakup and subsequent makeup.

Lamar Odom wants his lady back!

The recently-rehabbed former NBA star, in a newly-released promo for The Doctors, says he wants ex-wife Khloe Kardashian back in his life!

"Going forward, when you look at your life ahead of you, what are you looking forward to?” host Dr. Travis Stork asks. After pausing to think, Odom says, “Umm, honestly, I want my wife back.”

Holy hell! That's GOT to tug at Khloe's heartstrings, has difficult as it's been for her to finally let go of Lamar. The addict has Khloe to thank for saving his life after he overdosed in October 2015. That de-railed the couple's already-in-the-works divorce, Khloe stayed by Lamar's side to help bring him back to life, but by December 15th, it was over. Khloe was ready to move on with her life -- and her new man Tristan Thompson -- and she needed to finally cut ties with Odom. Coincidentally (or not) Lamar entered rehab that same day, for a "tune up."

Meanwhile, Lamar's taking a page from the Kardashian handbook and is reportedly set to star in his own upcoming reality series sometime later this year.

This episode of The Doctors airs January 17th.

Kylie Jenner is always switching it up ... because what else does she have to do!

The 19-year-old not only changed her hair on Thursday for a photo shoot at a local studio, but seriously, are we going to keep pretending she hasn't changed something else??? Those don't look like cutlets ...

Her sister Kendall just recently denied getting a "facial alteration" -- by which we think she meant she didn't get lip injections but that Kylie had done her makeup one day and lip-lined outside of her lips.

But perhaps the focus of fans'/trolls' attention should really be on Kylie's chest -- if we wanna go there. Just sayin'.

Jenner Snapchatted and Instagrammed away during the shoot, where Khloe was in attendance as well. Kylie showed off a few different looks -- one of which was a belly-bearing crop top that accentuated her bust. Speaking of cropped -- do you prefer KJ as a bobbed blonde?

Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson caught a flight out of LAX today with daughter Maxwell and son Ace, and the fashion mogul was all smiles despite the hectic travel day ahead of her. Rumors were swirling last month that the blonde bombshell was pregnant again, but it certainly doesn't look like there's a baby bump under that white t-shirt to us!

Given how well their genes mix, we think the couple should have another little one! We guess it's possible she's got a bun in the oven and just isn't showing yet, but given what she has hinted about her goals for 2017, it sounds like she's focused on making her musical comeback.

One person not willing to help the buxom Texan put out new tunes? Taylor Swift!

Khloe Kardashian is the new face of Protein World, and posed for a jazzercise-themed photoshoot to promote the product. The reality star has undergone a drastic body transformation in recent years, which is probably why the company chose to give her the endorsement deal.

"Training can be hard sometimes, remember… if you fall down and if you mess up on your diet… don't stay down. You get back up and you say: 'OK tomorrow I'm going to work out a little bit harder.' We all have those days, but it's nothing to completely fall off track about," she explained of her decision to get involved with Protein World.

"Let that just motivate you to be that much better the following day. You have to remember to set realistic goals. Things that you will actually hit and start slowly. But reward yourself when you hit that goal… then set a new goal," she added.

Jaden Smith and a group of pals decided to film an amateur skateboarding video in a grocery store parking lot in Calabasas yesterday, and we were on hand to watch the whole thing go down! We gotta admit... Will Smith's son is pretty talented! Although his quotes about the universe and Galileo and consciousness make us want to smack him, we have to give credit where credit is due.

Kylie Jenner's ex-boyfriend just declared he's "about to move out of LA" because "there's a lot of bad things here." WTF?! He also mused about a bunch of stuff in a self-shot video from his car, including about how "nobody is supporting the youth, or the youth's creativity" and about how the DMV "shows you how sad society and life is."

Just do yourself a favor and watch the whole thing... it's hilarious!
