George Michael's longtime partner Fadi Fawaz has broken his silence on the iconic singer's untimely death, revealing just how he made the gruesome discovery that his love had passed away.

"ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning. I will never stop missing you xx," the celebrity hairstylist tweeted.

Michael's publicist has disclosed that the musician died at the age of 53 from heart failure, and that no suspicious circumstances were involved. The Wham! frontman had a history of drug abuse, but substances allegedly did not play a role in his passing.

Funeral plans have yet to be disclosed. Another tragic loss in 2016. RIP.

Kate Hudson got in the Christmas spirit last night by taking the mic and belting out "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" in her pajamas by the tree, and she has a truly phenomenal voice! "Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight," she captioned the video.

This isn't the first time the actress has showcased her musical talents, though! The bubbly blonde belted out tunes in 2009's Nine, and again in a 2012 episode of Glee.

Kylie Jenner filmed a sexy short film with boyfriend Tyga, and the photographer Sasha Samsonova calls it a "little surprise gift for the world." The clip features scenes like the reality star and her rapper beau in the shower, and they certainly didn't hold back on giving us a glimpse into their steamy romance.

"It fell into place very, very naturally. It just happened. The whole deal with this video is that it’s a very personal experience. It’s like you’re watching this person from a point of view that has never been seen before,” Samsonova told W magazine about shooting her "muse."

"It’s super raw footage. The thing about this video is that there’s no post-production work whatsoever. It’s only cut together. It’s very raw, and we tried to keep it that way — no skin retouching, nothing," she added.

George Michael’s longtime manager revealed his cause of death on Sunday. Michael Lippman told The Hollywood Reporter that the singer's cause of death was heart failure.

Lippman told the publication that received a call on Sunday morning, alerting him that the “Last Christmas” singer had been found "in bed, lying peacefully."


The manager added, ”I’m devastated.” He also explained that while the death was unexpected, that there was "no foul play whatsoever." The autopsy have yet to be released.

Yesterday Lippman gave a statement to the BBC, ”It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peacefully at home over the Christmas period. The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time. There will be no further comment at this stage."

The Thames Valley Police released a statement yesterday explaining that officers were called shortly before 2 p.m. on Christmas Day. The statement read: "Sadly, a 53-year-old man was confirmed deceased at the scene. At this stage the death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious. A post mortem will be undertaken in due course. There will be no further updates from Thames Valley Police until the post mortem has taken place."


Celebs, including Sarah Michelle Gellar, were quick to pay tribute to Michael on social media. The Buffy star got more than a little flack by confusing Michael's song lyrics with Boy George, though.

"Do you really want to hurt me? I guess you do 2016 #ripboygeorge," she wrote before realizing her mistake. "Just as sad when you get the correct information #ripGeorgeMichael thank you to everyone who corrected me - it’s still so sad," she followed up. “And for the record yes I completely know the difference between Boy George and George Michael- I heard incorrectly. My intentions were good. This is usually why I don’t comment on public matters, but it all seems so sad on Christmas. Lesson learned," she added.

You can't have BritBrit, 2016!

Britney Spears is NOT dead -- her rep confirmed the fact after someone hacked one of Sony Music’s Twitter accounts and tweeted to the world that the popstar had died.

Early Monday morning, Sony Music Global’s verified Twitter account tweeted to 613K followers: "RIP @britneyspears #RIPBritney 1981-2016."

The account then tweeted, "britney spears is dead by accident! we will tell you more soon." Of course the Internet had a melt down but luckily it was just a hox.

Later in the day on Monday, CNN reporter AnneClaire Stapleton dispelled the rumor when she tweeted: “Britney Spears is alive and well, her rep tells CNN. It appears @SonyMusicGlobal erroneously tweeted her death. Sony rep says no comment.”

But the "Toxic" singer wasn't the only one whose account was hacked -- Bob Dylan’s verified account paid tribute to the supposedly dead Spears. The account tweeted, “Rest in peace @britneyspears."

Both the tweets have been removed from Sony Music Global. The account later explained the hack when it tweeted: "we saw a new IP logged in to the account a few minutes ago and the tweet is posted by a new IP so @britneyspears is still alive #OurMine."

We're so glad that this isn't true. We just couldn't take any more bad news in 2016! As proof of life, here she is testing out Snapchat filters with new boyfriend Sam Asghari on Christmas Day.

George Michael, former Wham! frontman, "passed away peacefully at home" tonight, according to the BBC.

Police say an ambulance was called to the singer's Oxfordshire home around 2pm on Christmas day. Authorities say there was nothing suspicious about his death.

"It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peacefully at home over the Christmas period," the "Freedom" singer's publicist said in a statement.

"The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time. There will be no further comment at this stage."
