Beloved actress Carrie Fisher has died after suffering a massive heart attack on Friday on a flight from London to Los Angeles.

The Star Wars actress, who has been traveling the world on her book tour, went into cardiac arrest 15 minutes before her flight was scheduled to land at LAX on Dec. 23. The site reported that people on board were administering CPR and that a flight attendant asked the passengers if there were any medical personnel on board. Luckily there was an EMT at the back of the plane who came up to first class and administered life-saving measures.

The paramedics rushed the 60-year-old to a hospital nearby by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. The only daughter of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher was in critical condition, but took a turn.

A spokesman for the family, Simon Halls, released a statement on behalf of Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd: “It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning."

The statement went on, “She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly. Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.”

We're a little confused why Khloe keeps flaunting her wealth in the wake of her sister Kim's robbery at gunpoint in October since Paris police said that Kimbo's diamond-encrusted Instagram feed is partially why they believe she was targeted by five armed men -- but then again the Kardashians don't seem to be sensible about much!

George Michael’s godchildren stand to inherit a large share of his estimated $100 million estate after his death from heart failure on Christmas Day.

The 53-year-old was Godfather to Roman and Harley Moon Kemp, who are the children of his Wham! bandmate Shirlie Holliman and Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp.

The Daily Mirror reported that the late popstar left money to Geri Horner's daughter Bluebell, who was the Goddaughter of his ex-boyfriend Kenny Goss.

The star gave handsomely to many charities, including Childline, the Terrence Higgins Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support, which could also be left large sums.  

Others who are expected to be left significant are Michael's older sisters, Melanie and Yioda, his boyfriend Fadi Fawaz and his cousin Andros' two children, whom he is the Godfather to.

Michael’s large estate is said to come from his royalties as well as the hefty sums he amassed from performing at private parties and events in the years before his death. He also owned at least four properties, including the Oxfordshire cottage he died in, a mansion in London and homes in New York and Sydney.

The “Last Christmas” crooner also invested money in art with his art dealer ex-boyfriend, Kenny Goss.

Kanye West wasn't excluded from Kim and the Kardashian family's holiday festivities, despite a new report from The Sun that claimed the rapper was banned from Kris Jenner's annual Christmas party by his fed up wife. "The story is false. Kanye was at the party," Kim's spokesperson clarified to the DailyMail.

"She refused to let him come to her family’s annual party on Christmas Eve despite the fact they have always attended as a couple. He went to watch a film with friends instead while she celebrated with her sisters," the outlet reported. "On Friday they took North to see The Nutcracker but they barely spoke or interacted inside. The tensions were visible. Neither of them are in a happy place right now," they added.

Even though Yeezy was apparently at the blowout bash, things weren't exactly cheery. The pair "barely spoke" and arrived separately, with 'Ye catching a flick with a friend beforehand, according to People.

The next day, the Wests opened presents at Kourtney's house, but it seems they were just playing nice for the sake of their children. "They were focused on making it a fun Christmas for the kids. They hang out with the kids, but are not really getting along otherwise," the source added.

George Michael's longtime partner Fadi Fawaz has broken his silence on the iconic singer's untimely death, revealing just how he made the gruesome discovery that his love had passed away.

"ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning. I will never stop missing you xx," the celebrity hairstylist tweeted.

Michael's publicist has disclosed that the musician died at the age of 53 from heart failure, and that no suspicious circumstances were involved. The Wham! frontman had a history of drug abuse, but substances allegedly did not play a role in his passing.

Funeral plans have yet to be disclosed. Another tragic loss in 2016. RIP.
