Bill Murray never gave up hope!

The world may have rejoiced now that the Chicago Cubs won the Major League Baseball World Series for the first time 108 years -- but no one was happier than superfan Bill Murray, who remained a loyal optimist for decades.

The beloved actor, who has been a frequent visitor to Wrigley Field and a longtime supporter of the cubbies, got to go in the team's locker room after the epic win -- and it was good stuff. Murray is like a kid in a candy store in this video!

While in the locker room, the Ghostbusters star clinked champagne bottles with center fielder Dexter Fowler, and even got sprayed with a champagne bottle by Cubs president Theo Epstein.

Murray told CSN Chicago, “I never panicked. Of course I thought it was going to happen." Yeah, you did!

A loyal fan his whole life, Murray looks like he had a grand old time last night -- and so do the rest of the cubs!

Kris Jenner is getting another grandchild!

Khloe Kardashian, 32, is expecting a baby with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 25, and she's planning to move to Cleveland to be closer to man during the pregnancy, a source tells X17online exclusively!

"Khloe is SO happy. The pregnancy came as a surprise, particularly since Tristan's ex-girlfriend is currently pregnant, but Khloe got on board with the idea of having a baby pretty quickly."

We caught the reality star arriving back in LA this morning, wearing an oversized sweatshirt (to hide the beginnings of a baby bump?).

And get this -- her NBA star beau plans on flying into town this weekend to ask Kris Jenner for Khloe's hand in marriage! True to form, though, the momager knows all about the plan and has already purchased a Range Rover for Thompson as a "welcome to the family" gift. Our source tells us: "Khloe and Kris want everything done correctly. They don't want this to look like an accident and Khloe really wants to show the world that Tristan is her man. She wants to kind of follow tradition and have Tristan ask her mom for permission to propose, in hopes of making the engagement look more traditional and formal."

So regarding everything being done in the right order ... Tristan DOES have another baby on the way with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig. He dropped her for Khloe and now Jordy's just had her baby shower and is about to give birth, right as Khloe's going to try to make her good news the headline ...

Hulk Hogan and Gawker have reached a settlement!

The former wrestler settled with the now-defunct gossip site for $31 million over the former wrestler’s sex tape lawsuit, the New York Times confirmed on Wednesday.

The news comes eight months after the WWE legend was awarded $140 million, $115 million in compensatory damages and $25 million in punitive damages, after Gawker published a two-minute in 2012 clip of the WWE superstar's 2006 sex tape from a rendezvous with Heather Clem, the wife of his pal, Bubba the Love Sponge.

There's a big difference between $140 million and $31 million! But we bet both parties are exhausted from the four-year fight!

It seems as though the site pissed off the wrong person in its 13-year run -- namely Silicon Valley-based billionaire businessman, Peter Thiel, who was out for revenge after being outed by the site. The billionaire financed Mr. Nanny's lawsuit, which eventually led to the site filing for bankruptcy and then shutting down in August 2016.

After the settlement agreement was reached on Wednesday, Nick Denton, the founder of Gawker, wrote in a blog post: “After four years of litigation funded by a billionaire with a grudge going back even further, a settlement has been reached." The media man added, "All-out legal war with Thiel would have cost too much, and hurt too many people, and there was no end in sight. Gawker’s nemesis was not going away.”

Aside from $31 million, the site will remove the 2012 article detailing Hogan's sordid relationship with his friend's wife, the NYT reports.

Days before Gawker closet its doors on Aug. 22, Gawker Media was purchased by Univision for $135 million. Today's settlement with Hogan means that instead of owing being in the hole $5 million, Denton made $104 million off the sale of the bankrupt blog network.

Amber Heard may not be a fan of Johnny Depp, but it appears as though J.K. Rowling is!

Despite all nasty hubbub with his ex wife, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor is slated to star has slated to star in the next Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Deadline reports.

Depp makes a cameo in the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which opens on November 18, but it appears as if the 53-year-old will have a starring role in the already announced sequel.

The film, based on Rowling's 2001 book of the same name, stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, who travels to 1920s New York and accidentally unleashes magical creatures on the Big Apple.

Director David Yates will begin filming the second installment of the five-movie series in January 2017. The sequel will be released on November 16, 2018, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Val Kilmer says he's doing a-okay!

The Top Gun actor is letting the world know that he's doing okay and that he doesn't have throat cancer, as alleged by pal Michael Douglas during a Q&A with Jonathan Ross in London on Sunday, October 30.

The 56-year-old, who is a Christian Scientist, has denied he has cancer, but has been spotted with a breathing aid and has been covering his neck with scarves in recent years.

Kilmer took to Facebook to deny the claims, but says he has had a lump in his throat which has caused him trouble. The actor wrote a lengthy post letting fans know he was not gravely ill:

“I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed. The last time I spoke to him was almost two years ago, when I asked him for a referral for a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in my throat, which prevented me from continuing a tour of my play CITIZEN TWAIN. I ended up using a team at UCLA and have no cancer whatsoever. I still have a swollen tongue and am rehabbing steadily.”

The Basic Instinct star created a commotion when he mentioned working with Kilmer on the 1996 thriller The Ghost and the Darkness: "The picture didn’t turn out as well as I hoped, but I had a wonderful time. Val was a wonderful guy who is dealing with exactly what I had,” he said, referring to his own oral cancer diagnosis. “And things don’t look too good for him. My prayers are with him. That’s why you haven’t heard too much from Val lately."

We guess Douglas should have gotten his facts straight before publicly speaking on the matter!

Anytime someone starts doing things like this, we worry about their sanity.

Lindsay Lohan has picked up a new accent while living abroad, but we - and a lot of other people! - have no clue what that accent really is. Apparently, neither does Lilo, but she wouldn't mind coining a name for it. WTF?!

A video of the actress being interviewed at a nightclub in Greece last month, which surfaced Tuesday, shows her rambling about refugees and other topics using a weird mix of what sounds like Arabic, British, and Greek dialect.

The clip quickly went viral and sparked concerns that she might be struggling with mental illness, but the rehabbed redhead didn't seem the least bit embarrassed or concerned by it. Instead, she offered her best rational explanation for it.

"It's a mixture of most of the languages I can understand or am trying to learn. I've been learning different languages since I was a child. I'm fluent in English and French, can understand Russian and am learning Turkish, Italian and Arabic," she told Daily Mail.

So she's not bothered by being the butt of a lot of online jokes?

"Nothing really shocks me these days. I moved to London four years ago, and the taxes seem to be getting higher," she confessed. What do taxes have to do with this topic at all?!

As for what to call this new way of speaking, the Parent Trap star said "we should let the people decide," but then later tweeted a suggestion. "@DailyMailUK what should I call my new accent? I'm thinking #LILOHAN," she wrote.

Kanye West's Saint Pablo tour was the hottest date night in Los Angeles last night!

Celeb couples, including Pharrell Williams and his wife, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, Hilary Duff and new beau Jason Walsh, Kylie Jenner and Tyga and more flocked to the The Forum in Inglewood, California, on Tuesday night to hit up Yeezy's headline-making concert.

Pharrell was beaming as he accompanied his pregnant wife Helen Lasichanh into the venue. The music man looked typically cool in his power clashing ensemble of several clashing camo prints, while Helen showed off her baby bump in a skintight top. She was glowing -- literally! The trendy duo confirmed they're expecting their second child in September.

Meanwhile, Hilary Duff and her new man Jason Walsh made things even more official by going public at the event.


Another twosome making a night of it was Jessica and Cash, who both wore wild prints (oof that jacket, Jess!) and matching slip on shoes for the rockin' show. We definitely weren't feeling the Honest Company honcho's blazer or her hubby's print shirt. Is that a lady's shirt, Cash?! Eeek!

Gee whiz, we wonder where T-Raww came up with the cash? You just know he's borrowing it from his LipKit mogul girlfriend.

We seriously don't understand why the 19-year-old is so obsessed with this deadbeat. She's got tons of money, fame, and recent good looks, so she could definitely find someone way better. She must really love him. We bet he's glad he got in there early!
