It's so tasteless when people talk about someone not still with us.

Prince's ex-girlfriend Charlene Friend is speaking out about her knowledge of the singer's drug abuse, and she claims he was a heavy cocaine user. Friend claims she never witnessed him do drugs and was baffled as to where he got his endless supply of energy, until his half-brother Duane Nelson let her in on the dirty little secret.

"He would sometimes stay up for five days at a time without sleep, food or even water, going nonstop back and forth to the studio. I had to sneak in catnaps to keep from passing out from exhaustion. The first time that happened, I asked him, 'How do you do this?'" she recalled. "Angel food. Food of the spirit, not of the flesh," she says the Purple One responded.

When he finally needed to rest, the music legend would cover the windows with tin foil and crank the heat. "He would be shaking all through the night. The first time that happened, I asked him if he was having a nightmare and he said, 'No. I was dreaming music,' Even in his sleep, the music just poured out of him," she recounted.

Years after their breakup, Friend spoke with Nelson and he revealed his brother's troubling behavior. "We call it the cocaine diet. It was shocking to me to hear that. He hid it so carefully. I never saw him take even an aspirin. He seemed so health-conscious, always taking vitamins like echinacea and goldenseal," she explained.

"Nothing could match the highs he got from his shows. Coming down afterwards made him feel empty. Perhaps drugs filled that void. There were no gray areas. One day he would be in a good mood, and the next day he would be in this very deep, dark mood. Part of that was just his personality, but I now realize that the drugs enhanced that," she lamented.

Let the man rest in peace, geez!

In the sizzling snap, the 50-year-old actress highlighted her taut tum and her lean legs. The mother of two captioned the photo, “BTS on my last shoot of the summer. 👙🌊💪🏽."

On July 4, the mom of two shared a similarly saucy image on her Instagram -- and we can't blame her for wanting to get the message out that her body's still banging now that she's a single lady. Halle is currently estranged from husband Olivier Martinez, whom she has 2-year-old son Maceo with. Previously she was involved with model Gabriel Aubry. The two dueling exes have Nahla, 8, together.

Selena Gomez announced yesterday that she'd be taking some time off to deal with the depression, anxiety, and panic attacks that stem from her lupus diagnosis, but In Touch claims those are convenient excuses to cover up her excessive partying and exhaustion.

Apparently, the singer has been partying so much that close pals fear she might need another stint in rehab. "She’s been showing a lot of signs that worry her friends who’ve seen this behavior before. First she gets depressed, then has massive anxiety, then starts drinking and partying way too hard, then goes into denial and finally has a breakdown," a pal dished to the mag.

"Selena’s major source of unhappiness right now is twofold. She’s realizing that the career she so desperately wanted as a child doesn’t fulfill her anymore. And then there’s her inability to date a nice, normal guy," the source added.

We don't think it's a coincidence this is all happening while Justin Bieber's new romance with Sofia Richie heats up!

"This is the worst we’ve ever seen her and she seems to get worse every week. If she does end up back in rehab, we just hope she remains there for at least a month rather than just a few days so that she truly gets the help she needs," the insider noted.

Kristen Stewart was in fine form when she flicked off photogs on Tuesday afternoon.

The always surly star was dining with Cara Delevingne's girlfriend, singer St. Vincent, whose real name is Annie Clark, and pals at Gracias Madre in Los Angeles.

For the outing, Kristen wore a scowl and brought her usual bad attitude -- but she as opted for a white tee, blue skinny jeans and white velcro tennis shoes. St. Vincent opted for a blue, green and black print minidress, baseball cap and boots.

We know that Kristen thinks she's a punk rocker -- but really she's just a rich actress and the whole vulgar, bad attitude is getting a little old.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna cover the latest issue of People, and the couple gave an accompanying interview in which they actually seem head over heels in love.

The reclusive K brother credits his pregnant fiancee with pulling him out of his depression, among other things. "She got me through my darkest times. I wasn't happy in my own skin. I missed out on so many things," he explained.

So how did the pair even meet, given that the sock designer barely left sister Khloe's Calabasas home for more than a year?

"I've been friends with Chyna for a long time. She was someone I reached out to for advice. She would cook for me and we'd just talk. She's surrounded me with a lot of positivity. From the moment we met, I knew I wanted to be more than friends," he revealed.

The former stripper went into their relationship accepting her baby daddy just the way he is. "I saw Rob was willing to better himself. I had never wanted to be tough. I never wanted to change him," she noted.

The lovebirds are looking forward to welcoming their first child in the fall, and for Kimmy K's little bro, life has never been sweeter. "We just want to live our lives the way we want to. There were definitely dark days for me, and I'm still not fully happy looking at myself in the mirror. But I'm working towards that. And I'm happy," he confessed.

Chris Brown was released on $250K bail late Tuesday night after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon earlier in the day, and his day in court is set for September 20. TMZ reports the R&B bad boy was also tested for drugs while in custody.

Upon his release, his attorney Mark Geragos tweeted messages of his innocence. "Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false #TeamBreezy," the legal eagle wrote at 11:32PM.

CB was involved in a nearly 10 hour standoff with police at his Tarzana home yesterday, after pageant queen Baylee Curan called authorities and accused the rapper of threatening her with a gun.
